Glass and/or crockery are not permitted in the pool/dining area.
The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10 P.M. and before 7:30 A.M - No parties or events allowed.
Free parking is available on the property for 4 cars. No boats or trailers.
No smoking inside the house. A $500 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.

SamuelDO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST!The house was infested with ants, and there were major plumbing issues. On arrival, all bathrooms clogged, and water backed up in showers and sinks. Despite notifying the host, they tried charging us for plumbing costs, claiming it was our fault. Chris, the manager, initially assured us we wouldn't be responsible, but we later faced demands of up to $1,600. We lost food due to ants and were forced to use public restrooms with kids, which was a nightmare. A plumbing analyst confirmed the clogs were due to faulty plumbing, not our usage. The host blamed us to avoid necessary repairs and even fabricated charges for tissue use. We’ve rented properties before and never experienced anything like this. This host was unresponsive except to demand money, even knowing we were dealing with a plumbing disaster not of our making. They’re exploiting renters. Stay away from this property to save yourself the hassle, unexpected costs, and serious frustration.

JayceeWe needed a place to stay in this specific area for a quick weekend trip. The house is spotless, and it matched the photos and descriptions. It was so helpful to have a pack n play for our 4 month old, as well as a dishwasher for cleaning bottles and a washer dryer. David was very responsive, clear, and friendly. SusanWe had a lovely week staying at David’s place. The home was perfect for my 4 grandkids and 4 adults. Enough space for everyone with a beautiful pool! The house is nicely finished with a very clean and open feel. Communication with the host was excellent! We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Boca Raton.

MichaelVery responsive host and manager! The place was extremely clean, and has a great layout for families or multiple couples. We walked to breweries, CVS, coffee shops and restaurants, and easy access to the highway. 10/10 would stay here again.

KarenThis home is great, very clean with a nice floor plan for families. Everything is updated and new - beautiful bathrooms and kitchen, comfortable beds and nice furnishings. The kitchen had all the supplies one would need. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room on the comfortable couch and big TV. The pool was heated and had a fun basketball hoop. We were the first guests in this home and it is fixed up very nicely. We liked the place a lot and hope to rent it again on our next trip to Boca.

MarcAwesome stay in sunny Boca Raton. The house was very nicely renovated and like new in a nice and friendly location.The 4 bedrooms came in very handy. The heated Pool was awesome and my son greatly enjoyed it.We had everything we needed except one minor item (kettle) was missing and they delivered it the next day. Christian was very responsive to anything we needed and made our overall experience excellent.We plan to stay again in early 2024. Highly recommend this house and the host is 1st class.
