The space
This single-story condo is the largest plan in the collection of Condos at Babcock National. Near the foyer are two guest bedrooms each equipped with a closet that share one bathroom. The owner’s suite is situated toward the back of the home for privacy with a beautiful view of the lake and 9th fairway.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of one locked owner's closet.

Applying for the transfer of the golf membership and the application for the transponder that lets you breeze by the manned gate is responsibility of the guest.
