About the host

: As a Real Estate investor, I purchased this property in 2014 as a private vacation home. The home features top-of-the-line finishes and high-end appliances, as it was never originally intended for rental use. It is professionally decorated and equipped with premium furnishings, including Tempur-Pedic mattress and memory gel foam mattress toppers.
We decided to offer the property for rent since it remains unused during the winter months .We are based in Miami and prefer warmer weather ideally when the ocean water reaches over 85 degrees before we swim!

You can call this property Home not a rental property, it's in the perfect spot, only 20 miles away from the main land and 55 miles away from Miami International Airport, one hour drive from the airport, very close to good restaurants, bars, parks, supermarkets like Publix and Winn Dixie. Great neighborhood.
