The home sleeps up to 12 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms, each appointed with comfortable furnishings, king beds, large smart TVs, and high-quality linens. Plus, the home has a 4 bed bunk room for the kids.
After the beach, chill on the patio and soak in the relaxing saltwater pool complete with Hayward color-logic pool lights.
Oh and the famous PCB beach bar & grill “Schooners” is a short 3 block walk down the beach.

About Us: We have been vacation rental hosts for 24 years. Our first vacation rental was a beachfront villa on the south shore of St. Croix USVI. After several years we wanted to be on the mainland and purchased a beachfront vacation rental home in Gulf County FL on the Cape San Blas peninsula. But our new beach rental purchased new from the builder in 2018, "Southern Breeze" is our favorite hands down. The water here has a Caribbean feel, and the white sands are the most beautiful we have ever experienced. Southern Breeze is across a safe dead-end street from beach access #8. So glad I got to go back to my happy place! It’s so relaxing. The beach is steps away and the ocean is crystal clear. If you had too much sun just go back and cool off in the pool at the house. The home is cozy and has everything you need. I love it here and can’t wait to come back!

I have been to this vacation home multiple times and it’s incredible. It’s great for families or friends getting together. The home is modern and clean flat screens every room, beautiful kitchen, saltwater heated pool plenty of room 5 bedrooms!!!! All this and its 30 second walk out the door to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. I will be back to this house every year and hopefully multiple times a year… Highly Recommend!!!!

Justin K.Fantastic Family Home Steps from Beach
This home has everything and more for a relaxing home stay at the beach. It’s a fantastic quiet location and Schooner’s is right around the corner - which is so convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, glasses and dishes, no need to bring a thing. No expense has been spared in the furnishings - a nice roomie couch for the whole family - and tvs in every room! What more could you ask for!

Immaculate beach home decor, with thoughtful paintings and comfy beds. Balcony and pool, sunny and bright. We slept nine for over a week. Walking distance to food, and a stones throw to the beach. Doesn't sunsets on the sand, and made some wonderful memories. Fresh sheets and towels, tidy and clean Highly recommend this charming rental.
