We were tired of cold, snowy winter months and decided to try the snowbird experience. We were a bit anxious but our concerns soon disappeared. We found this affordable unit in our desired area. Close to everything but still private and comfortable. The place is clean, safe, and quiet. Three things we were a bit nervous about. Neighbors are friendly as well. We are definitely planning on coming again next year. Great experience!
