About the owner: We live full time in Nashville Tenn. I am a graduate from the University of Tenn. Knoxville and my wife graduated from Belmont Univ. in Nashville Tenn. We are entrepreneurs. We own the POSH Clothing stores in Nashville Tenn. which we opened in 1998. We also develop and sell apartment communities. We have 2 sons that are on their own now, so we bought this home in Panama City Beach to see if we would take the time to get away. Turns out we do, but we used a 1031 exchange to purchase which means we have to generate some rental income to keep the 1031 active.
Why this property? We love the clear water and soft white sand of the area. We can fly direct from Nashville in less than an hour on Southwest very inexpensively.
