Walk one block to bid a wee beach at Run Away Island access via Poinsettia Dr. The Arcade has a great and clean cafe that has been run by the same ladies for 50 years. We like Alices' at St. Andrews for lunch and Big Momma's. It is an easy 15-20 min ride to Rosemary for some of the more gourmet dining.

About the host: We live full time in Nashville Tenn. I am a graduate from the University of Tenn. Knoxville and my wife graduated from Belmont Univ. in Nashville Tenn. We are entrepreneurs. We own the POSH Clothing stores in Nashville Tenn. which we opened in 1998. We also develop and sell apartment communities. We have 2 sons that are on their own now, so we bought this home in Panama City Beach to see if we would take the time to get away. Turns out we do, but we used a 1031 exchange to purchase which means we have to generate some rental income to keep the 1031 active.
Why this property? We love the clear water and soft white sand of the area, fresh seafood, friendly people & climate. We can fly direct from Nashville in less than an hour on Southwest very inexpensively.
