This home offers an ample amount of space including 2 master suites, another room with a queen bed, a bunk room with 2 full bunk beds! Their are two family rooms, smart TV’s throughout the home, bike cruisers, beach chairs, a blackstone cook top, and a wagon for all you will need for a fun day at a gorgeous beach that’s only a short walk or bike ride away! There are plenty of excellent restaurants and shops including grocery stores within a mile.

The pool is perfect for young ones! Gleason Park is so much fun for everyone in addition, the Beach is great for seashell hunting!
Area Information
Our home is only a few blocks from the beach and close to great restaurants, shopping, and clubs! Kayak/canoeing on the Indian River, surfing, a manatee and dolphin tour, sunset cruises, viewing a rocket launch from the beach, and deep sea fishing are a few activities your family will love! Not to mention being only 50 minutes from Disney World and Universal Studios!

The beach is only a few blocks away! In addition Gleason park is less than a 2 minute walk! This beautiful park features a boardwalk for strolling or fishing, shady gazebos by a lake, picnic facilities, a mapped walking trail, a playground ,and lighted baseball, softball and soccer field.
Favorite Places To Eat
Masa Taqueria y Cantina, Pappagallo's Pizza, Long Doggers, Too Cool Cafe, and Coasters Pub & Biergarten are all excellent restaurants we have enjoyed. If you are willing to drive to Cocoa Beach, Coconuts by the Beach has great food and drinks plus live music!

Notes:
Please clean the blackstone and grease trap and oil before covering. If it isn’t cleaned, we will charge $50 fee. Please no pets, smoking, or vaping in the home. We charge a $500 cleaning fee if this rule is broken. Please rinse all sand off beach toys before returning to the garage. Please rinse off before entering the pool to keep the filter sand free. Absolutely no parking on street or blocking the side walk. The pool is cleaned every Thursday and the Yard maintenance is done on Friday. Please take the garbage out on garbage/recycle days. The days are listed in the binder in the home. Quiet hour is 10 pm. We have great neighbors, please be respectful.

We love Florida and enjoy spending time at the beach among all of the activities Indian Harbour Beach and the surrounding areas has to offer!!
