Unobstructed open-water views from the first and second floors of the home are unparalleled. Sunrises and sunsets can be spectacular and captivating, with opportunities to view the surrounding wildlife in its natural habitat. Sit out on the private jetty or in the comfort of the home and enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of the water or the casual and unannounced visits from many land, air and sea creatures that live here (see pictures). With ocean access directly off your back door, and convenient access to the back country by way of Whale Harbor Channel just a couple of minutes away means you will spend more time on the water and less time getting there. When you return, the gargantuan and completely private coral rock boat basin awaits your arrival for safely harboring your boat, and up to two other large vessels. Enjoy a swim in the natural ocean waters off the back of the jetty or within the deep, private boat basin, then rinse off in the outdoor shower or step inside to prepare for some land-based relaxation or adventure.

You can reach the "Theater of the Sea" and other popular ocean-themed attractions by car in about 10-15 minutes. If you seek to explore the beautiful Florida Keys, you are perfectly situated to go as far north as Key Largo or as far as Key West, enjoy the day and be home in time to sleep in your own bed for the night.
