Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Our home has a full-size pool, with lounge chairs, dining table, chairs and umbrella. We supply your first tank of gas and a gas grill just outside the screened patio, near the picnic table. This pool is private and has lots of lush vegetation to provide privacy. Our yard is fully fenced and has an extra picnic table near the outdoor firepit. This area seats 8.
The yard is fully landscaped and maintained by us. We provide Badminton racquets; pickle ball racquets bocce balls. Darts are available to play on the pool deck. There is a big group of adult pickle ballers who play daily at 4:30 pm at night weather permitting.
Most fair evenings will supply you with a vast array of stars. Sit out by the fire pit which is supplied with wood by us and enjoy a night under the stars in a quiet, relaxing environment.

About the owner: This is the second home I own in Loxahatchee, Fl. I love this rural area that is just 20 minutes from everthing.

Why this property? This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is just the right property for someone who is looking to reduce their stress. We maintain the property and live just five minutes away. We also are friends with all your neighbors, who keep and eye on this property. We have 24/7 security on the property, with inside and outside monitoring. There is a small corner shopping center just a few miles away that has all your necessities.
