A This property exceeded every expectation for a beach house. The rooms are more than accommodating with their size and separated where privacy is not an issue. The children loved the bunk beds giving them their independence with friends/family. Literally STEPS away from the amazing beach that the emerald coast has to offer. But let’s keep in mind, it is Florida…so rain is a possibility. With that being said, every room has a TV…and if it’s family time you want, you can play the arcades or billiards or board games. The pool and hot tub are great for those night time dips. And having had a total ankle replacement, the elevator was beyond clutch! Be sure to take the golf cart down Scenic Gulf drive and snag a fermented beverage from one of the local restaurants/bars. Host and hostess were more than accommodating with our needs and answered in a very timely manner!! Superb!

This home is great! We stayed for a week, but wished for more… Literally a stone’s throw to the beach, yet set back just enough to feel private. A beautiful house with a game room, a large pool and yes - stunning views of the ocean! A golf cart, 8 bikes, the list goes on… Everyone absolutely loved it. But more importantly the hosts are amazing! Communication was perfect - clear, friendly, responsive and they went out of their way for us. You can tell they care about their guests and it absolutely shows. The type of people you’d want as friends :-)
