Beautiful, clean and spacious 5 bedroom and 4 bath house in the most sought after community near Disney! 10 minutes drive to Disney and you can hear the Disney fireworks at night. Close to stores, restaurants and tons of shops. The house was renovated and professionally designed recently. The house has its own screened swimming pool and the garage is professionally changed to a game room with Pool, air hockey and table tennis tables. It comes with free wireless Internet.

It is about 25 minutes drive to Orlando airport and 10 minutes drive to Disney. It is close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. The community has its own kids playground, tennis, basketball and soccer courts. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The entry to the house is operated by code access which will be provided in your check in info. Guests can utilize everything in the house. The kitchen is fully staffed with utensils in case you need to cook. There are stroller, playpen and high chair for babies. The house has it own pool and hot tub, back and front yard, and game room. There are towels, washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc that guests can use. Pool and spa heating will need additional heating fee.

The house layout is perfect for multi families. There are two master bedrooms on each side in the rear end of the house. They are separated by family room. Each has its own bathroom and entry to the pool. There is a room with queen size bed in the front of the house besides the entry foyer. It has its own bathroom. There are two other rooms next to each other next to the dining room. They share a bathroom. Granite countertops and Moen faucets are throughout kitchen and bathrooms. New carpets have been installed in all bedrooms as of November 2021. Please be noted that the comforter sets on the beds may be different from the photos since the comforters have been changed at a frequent basis.

The WIFI user name and password is provided inside the house as well as in your check in info. The instructions on how to use the pool and hot tub will be provided via email only if you need the pool heating (additional fee). The garbage instruction and pool safety rules have been provided in the house.

We do have a Gorge Foreman electric grill in the kitchen, but do not offer a gas grill due to insurance liability. But a gas grill can be rented from our rental company at a fee.

As the owner, we appreciate your choice to stay with us. We ask you to try your best to treat the house as if it were your own and to keep house items intact.

Once your reservation is confirmed, the check in info will be sent to you via email approximately two weeks prior to your arrival. Meanwhile we will try to address your questions in a very timely manner. The house is maintained and managed by professional rental company. There is a phone number the guest can call 24x7 in case you need help.

The garbage instructions are printed in paper in the house, please follow the instructions.

We provide bath towels for inside the house only. Please do not take any towels with you to the theme parks or your own homes. Missing towels will be charged back to your account via security deposit.
