Brand new construction located on a gated cul-de-sac on North Cape San Blas, a mere 5 blocks from The Trading Post, Weber's Donuts, St. Joe Shrimp Company, Peachy's and more! Take the bike path to T.H. Stone Memorial Park to explore miles of coastline and access optional rentals at Scallop Cove II, such as kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and pontoon boats. This is a fabulous location with easy beach access in less than 30 seconds. Yes, seconds!

Bon Temps Beach Bungalow is a New Orleans inspired beach cottage with luxe coastal accommodations for up to 15. The home is over 2100 sq. ft., offering covered parking, boat parking, an outdoor shower, propane grill, and 2 Gulf facing balconies. The home boasts 4 bedrooms, all with flat screen TVs, and 3 full bathrooms.

Guests enter a reversed floor plan with the main living on the second floor and the primary bedrooms on the third floor. The kitchen is bright, airy, modern, and fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and all major appliances. The kitchen bar offers seating for 4 with formal seating for 6 at the dining room table, and additional alfresco seating for 6 on the balcony. The open floor plan runs throughout the kitchen, dining, and living areas presenting a fully functional space. The living room offers a large sectional sofa and 65" flat screen television. Books, board games, WiFi and a bluetooth sound bar are also provided. The second floor hosts one guest room sleeping 6 with a single twin bed and a set of full over full bunk beds with twin trundle. There is a shared bathroom on the second floor with a shower/tub combination.

The third floor offers an additional three bedrooms and 2 baths. Two guest bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom with a double vanity and shower. One guest room is a king with ceiling fan and balcony access. The other guest room offers a twin over a full bunk bed with a full trundle, sleeping 5. The primary bedroom is a king with ceiling fan, balcony access, and attached private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with double vanity. A utility closet offers a full size washer and dryer set. The 3 story home offers ample space for large families with great outdoor living on the 2 Gulf facing balconies. The Gulf of Mexico is less than 30 seconds from the home with easy beach access. The beaches of North Cape San Blas are great for shelling and surf fishing with clear night skies perfect for stargazing. From day to night, laissez les bon temps rouler (French for “let the good times roll”) with family and friends at Bon Temps Beach Bungalow!!

Pets are allowed, dogs only with a maximum of 3 with 50lb max. Nonrefundable pet fee per dog of $125. Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.
