Our home is your home! This first floor unit comes with all the amenities for your vacation getaway and it's located within a 5 minute walk from the popular and pristine South Beach, Marco Island. Enjoy the pool and spa, invite guests to play tennis or pickle-ball or host a BBQ, which are all just a few steps away from your private lanai overlooking the bay. Enjoy water sports and local wildlife from our private dockside where manatee, dolphins, pelicans and game fish come to feed. Speaking of feeding...we are located within walking distance of our favorite restaurants, hotels and family entertainment. This unit is supplied with all of your daily needs, including; beach gear, fishing rods and inflatable kayak.
Unique Benefits
Our private dockside is equipped with a floating dock to launch your kayak, canoe or SUP. You can rent available water sports equipment and bicycles to have them delivered to this property.
Area Information
Florentine Gardens is located in the quiet neighborhood on the far south end of the island. Known for its extensive landscape and direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk, jog or bike to the local shops, grocery stores, mini-golf, dining and beach yoga. There is something to do for everyone!
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Take a short walk up the beach to enjoy parasailing, wave-runner tours and a variety of other water sports from the beach rental services. There are several dolphin/shelling tours to choose from, even a pirate ship!
Plan your dinner at the nearby Marco Movies then walk across the street for a round of mini-golf or celebrate the sunset watching a fire dancer, then some arcade fun at 10K Alley (located in the JW Marriott)

About the owner: Greetings & Welcome to Paradise!
We are long time visitors since the eighties and full-time residents since 2015. When we became engaged on South Beach, Marco Island, we began planning our retirement here. We have visited many beaches near and far, but this is forever our favorite!
Fast forward to becoming grandparents, we have temporary plans to relocate for a bit and open this space for your special retreat from the "real" world.
We hope you will enjoy all the quiet and relaxation, but also celebrate life! There are endless possibilites for adventure, so make the most of every day. You will get plenty of rest by the pool or on the beach!
