The Oleander Cottage is a large Private Duplex, of all concrete construction.
There is a Concrete Wall running between the West and East sides. The cottage features 2 private residences with the ability to open into 1 larger Cottage.
Each side and has its own Entrance on Opposite Sides of the House.
Attached is a Full-Size Laundry Room, Charcoal Grill, Beach Toys, and plenty of Parking.

Our stay at the Oleander Cottage was so sweet. We truly felt like we were home. David and Lisa Sample were so kind and helpful and just a phone call away. The cottage had everything we needed for a great stay. The beach is only steps away and we made sure we set foot on it every day. The location is close enough to all the Panama City Beach activities but yet more quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The airport is only 15 miles away and is a quick in and out. We met new friends and enjoyed new experiences. Pickleball at the Lyndell court and crushed glass art were two fun activities. Lots of restaurant choices. Let us just say you will not be disappointed when you stay here or any of the other properties that the Samples have. We can't wait for next year!!! We would give this more stars if we could.

Largo Mar unit 151 was absolutely wonderful. The accessibility to the beach was great and the pool was just steps from the patio door. The unit had everything you would need for a beach trip and there were beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys that you could use. The Blantons were wonderful host and great to work with. I have already booked our next trip with them at their awesome beach home.

It's directly across the street! Look the drone pictures from above the Cottage.
Yes! There is a steal door along the concrete walls between the two sides of the place. Rented as a whole we leave this door open between the family rooms and everyone can enjoy lots of space. Rent just half and we lock that door and replace the sound barrier panels to maximize privacy. Choose a 1Br with Bunks or a Two Br with Bunks. We have some families that bring everyone in the summer and rent only half when school starts back for smaller groups. Call for more information!
