The home has a large kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, lanai, and a heated / cooled Florida room (sunroom), large garage which connects to the kitchen through a laundry room. There are three 60" + TV's (connected to high-speed internet and an Amazon Firestick).
Located in the Village of Bonnybrook, near the grocery stores, community pools and the championship golf courses (Palmer Legends) is nearest and arguably the best course in The Villages.
Front bedroom is currently set up as an office / tv room but can provide additional sleeping with the use of a high-quality King Coil air mattress (located in garage). There are two large BBQ's (gas and charcoal) located in the backyard.
2 gas powered Yamaha golf carts in garage. Waiver required.

Our stay was very delightful. The house was very tidy, clean and welcoming. The pantry and freezer was well stocked! We appreciated the two carts although we used only one sporadically. I loved sitting outside in the birdcage as well as the lanni. The private back yard is nice to have. Never saw a neighbor on sides or back of house. Nice!We are hoping to return again. I'm sure it will be just as enjoyable.

Hidden in the beautiful and quiet Village of Bonnybrook, this awesome home is close to Lake Sumpter and Spanish Springs and all activities, Super clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The house is delightful. So nicely decorated and very very well kept. Owner is super nice and helpful. If we were coming back we would definitely stay here again. They thought of everything. Two golf carts were a wonderful plus. Neighborhood was lovely.

Adam's 3 bedroom home in The Villages is located in a great area...10 minute cart ride from Championship golf courses, pickleball courts and Sumter Landing.Adam's place had everything we needed from 2 golf carts, 2 refrigerators, gas grill, charcoal grill and a tv in every room.Adam was a great host who took care of everything we needed, including booking our tee times.5 star experience for our group of 6 guys.Aldo
