Nancy's apartment is first-class and one of the best rentals in Bonita Springs. It is nicely appointed and meticulously clean. It has served us well as our base for 15 years to enjoy everything southern Florida has to offer. We especially appreciate the screened lanai, garage and fenced pool, We reluctantly give up our "home away from home" but our age and health forces us to do so. We loved the cute, nicely decorated, well-appointed apartment. The place is well stocked with pots, pans and kitchenware, including spices. It has a Keurig and regular coffee pot. The patio is a nice spot to lounge and relax. The bed is very comfortable with a spacious bureau and closet. The neighborhood is quiet, and easy to walk around, or bike around. We have stayed here at least a half dozen times, each time for a month, and we will be returning next year again! Nancy is around if you have any questions, but she leaves you with your privacy.

We were pleasantly surprised to rent such a beautiful apartment. it was all new inside with new appliances, kitchen and bathroom, and well stocked with everything you would need. i loved the towels and toiletries. Also very close to the beach and great restaurants. we had a wonderful two weeks there. Would love to go again next year.

No I have 3 spoiled Cats who would be upset. They are indoors but have Cat doors to house lanai and pool
Being farthest south in the state in sub tropical zone we are the warmest of all of Florida
