This 1st Floor Condo is Owned and Managed by David and Lisa Sample. Lisa and I are local Realtors, we originally bought this condo to use as a sales model. After decorating, travelers fell in love with it, and it's been rented almost every week since.
Why Kids Love It
There are Bunk Beds in the hall with a Full Bathroom just 3 feet away. Everything is close, the beach, the car, it's all right here and CLEAN. Want to go to Alvin's Island Huge Surf and Gift Shop? Walk right across the street. Breakfast at Mike's, it's .6 miles away. the Famous Thomas Donut, it's .6 miles away. Pier Park is Awesome and it's just 2 miles away. Far enough to get away from the traffic and crowds but just minutes away to enjoy.
Celadon Beach Resort is located on the West End of Panama City Beach. We are the last Condominium on the West End. If you like people watching, walk outside to our SUGAR WHITE SAND beach and turn left. There's another family-oriented resort next door and the rest of the much preferred "West End" of Panama City Beach stretches for 2 miles until you reach Pier Park. The Fun and Wonderful Restaurants of Panama City Beach goes on for another 11 miles until you reach St. Andrews State Park. Stunningly Beautiful... a must see.
Walk out to the water and turn right and it's 5 miles of Beautiful Sugar White Sand Beach with only cottages and houses through Laguna and Sunnyside Beaches. The shops and high-end restaurants of Rosemary Beach just 7 miles away and then the town of Seaside just a few miles more.

The unit was very well kept and the convenience to both the beach and parking were great. The location at a quiet end of the beach is amazing to relax and enjoy the sounds of the water.Would highly recommend this one for couples or small families.

This condo was in the best location. Easy access to baseball parks, restaurants and activities. Parking was a plus. Condo was very clean and Lisa was very accommodating. We would definitely book this condo again! First floor was perfect! We never had to wait for an elevator like others in our group.

We enjoyed our stay at this First floor condo. Everything as described & the view from the balcony is perfect. Having two parking spaces in The building was a HUGE plus! Lisa checked on us a couple of times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Having Beach chairs and umbrella provided every day is also a plus!

YES! Celadon is the Most Family Oriented Location in Panama City Beach
NO! Celadon is the furthest West condominium in Panama City Beach's Beautiful and Much Desired West End. It's nice and quiet but only 2 Miles from Pier Park.
