We stayed the month of March in this lovely condo! This was our 2nd year renting this fantastic property. The condo itself is immaculate, well furnished including an updated kitchen and has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. With the pool, close proximity to the beach and all Jupiter has to offer there are plenty of options to enjoy during your stay! The immediate area is beautiful and the neighbors are great! Kelly is an excellent host and is great to deal with in all aspects of rental experience. We will definitely be returning again.

We spent the month of February in this lovely condo. It was clean, well equipped and the perfect size for my husband and myself. The condo itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was absolutely fantastic, we enjoyed the beach everyday and also used the pool occasionally. The area is very friendly and neighbours were very welcoming. No issues at all with this rental.

What a great stay in this lovely condo! Upgraded kitchen, nice view from screened in porch, friendly neighborhood, walk to beach. We fished, played tennis & pickle ball, relaxed at the pool, ate at great restaurants, and loved the close by Caribbean-blue ocean for walks & beach time. Good communication with owner. We’d definitely return.

The development is called The Jupiter Ocean and Racquet Club. It lies between the Route 1 and A1A (beach road). We are near the A1A, beach side of the complex, with a 4 minute walk to the beach. The building is a 3 story with an elevator for easy access to our floor.
The calendar shows the exact nightly cost and monthly cost. In addition, we add a $175 cleaning fee and Florida's 14% tax. If you wish to bring a small pet, less than 40 pounds, the cost is $125 per month.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and maintaining a quiet environment in and outside the complex. Our development and part of the beach is pet friendly. Please place a pet sheet over couch if you have a couch friendly pet.
The demand for 2 bedroom, nicely furnished condominiums during January through April is high. We are first come, first serve with the guest who completes their agreement and deposit.
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
50% of the stay amount is due at booking. The second 50% is due two weeks before the stay begins. Zelle, check or Paypal s the form of payment accepted.
