WELCOME TO “TOES IN THE SAND”
Our beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath condominium, Unit 2209 West, is located on the 22nd floor of Calypso Resort’s West Tower—the most convenient tower at the resort.
We love this unit for its fabulous, panoramic, unobstructed views of the Gulf and beach, along with magnificent sunsets. Because we are on the outside corner of the West Tower, the condo is exceptionally quiet and peaceful, with no pool or street noise.
And best of all, Calypso is directly on the beach and directly across the street from Pier Park. Park your car and enjoy your vacation without having to drive everywhere!
A BEAUTIFUL, UPDATED CONDO
“Toes in the Sand” feels fresh, clean and inviting, with tile flooring throughout—no stained carpeting anywhere. The furniture is updated, and the bedding has been refreshed.
The kitchen features granite countertops and is well equipped with everything you need, including:
Keurig and traditional coffee makers

Cookware and bakeware

Oven
Refrigerator with ice and water dispenser
Plenty of storage and counter space
The dining area comfortably seats six, with an additional five bar stools at the breakfast bar. The large dining table is perfect for family meals, games, puzzles or projects.
THREE BEDROOMS • THREE PRIVATE BATHS
Master Suite
The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, sliding doors leading directly to the balcony, and a smart flat-screen TV.
The large master bathroom includes a spacious walk-in closet, oversized soaking tub, separate shower, dual sinks and private water closet.
Bedroom #2
This bedroom is almost a second master! It features a queen-size bed, wonderful western exposure with ocean views, a 32" smart flat-screen TV, and a private connecting bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3
This bedroom includes one full-size bed and one twin bed, a flat-screen TV, and another private connecting bathroom with a tub/shower.
This room is perfect for children, couples, friends' trips or family vacations—and it works especially well for the many golf groups who visit Panama City Beach.
Living Room
There is also a sleeper sofa with a comfortable full-size mattress in the living room. Linens are provided and stored in the armoire.
We have also stocked the TV armoire with cards, games, books and movies for those relaxing evenings at the condo.
A portable crib and high chair are also available for your use.
THE BALCONY
One of our favorite features is the spacious balcony, furnished with brand-new furniture, a chaise lounge, four chairs and three tables.
It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax after a day at the beach, or watch the spectacular sunsets over the Gulf and Pier Park.
AMENITIES
The condo includes a new full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.
Our state-of-the-art water heater provides plenty of hot water—even when everyone is getting ready at the same time!
We also provide fast, reliable internet service.
BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED
From March 11 through October 31, we provide daily beach service with two chairs and one umbrella during your stay.
Simply go to the beach service hut at the bottom of the stairs and the attendants will set everything up for you. Your chairs will be in the same location each day unless you would like to move them—the beach attendants will be happy to help.
We also provide two reclining-style beach chairs in the condo for your use. These are especially nice if you'd like to sit closer to the water, have a little more privacy and enjoy the beach on your own schedule.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Beach-service cushions and umbrellas are collected between approximately 4:30–5:00 p.m.
CALYPSO RESORT
Calypso is a beautiful, Caribbean-inspired resort located on the family-friendly west end of Panama City Beach.
Enjoy a tropical drink at the resort's Tiki Bar, surrounded by two Gulf-front, lagoon-style pools and lush tropical landscaping.

Enjoy free outdoor concerts on Thursday evenings at Aaron Bessant Park, along with boutiques, entertainment, spa services and plenty of activities for the whole family.
The Frank Brown Park athletic fields are less than five minutes away, and we are happy to welcome visiting teams and families.

BEACH & PIER
The WEST TOWER is located next to a protected beach stretching more than 1,500 feet. The only tower with an unobstructed view of the beach, Pier and ocean.
Just beyond the beach is the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico, where you can enjoy breathtaking views and fishing. A walk on the Pier is a must-do!
PARK, UNPACK & RELAX!
When you rent directly through us, you can avoid long check-in lines after a busy travel day.
Park your car, go directly to your condo and start relaxing!
Parking passes are handled through the HOA. An email will be sent to you with instructions to register as our guest and pay the $60 per vehicle parking fee. There is a two-vehicle maximum.
PLEASE NOTE
NO PETS.
NON-SMOKING: No smoking is permitted inside the condo or on the balcony.
Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to register and stay. No college spring-break groups, please.
CHECK-IN IS 4:00 P.M. Please do not bring luggage into the condo while our cleaners are still working.

The PierPark area is a wonderful location for families and couples. Everything is in walking distance. It's SAFE! We have security on the property and all guests wear an identifying bracelet.
Not far from Pier Park and Calypso is St. Andrews, an old Florida town that has a wonderful farmers' market on Saturdays. Be sure to eat lunch at Hunts...our 50-year old restaurant.
The Pier, Pier Park and Aaron Bessant Park for concerts. Top Golf is a short walk or ride with plenty of parking.
Dustys, Mikes, Firefly, Cuvee 30A, Salty Sue's.
Northwest Florida Beaches International airport is less than 20 minutes (Uber service is available) from our condo, and Southwest Airlines has frequent deals on airfare. For golfers, Top Golf is 5 minutes away; Holiday Golf Course is 10 minutes away, fun to play, and reasonably priced. For a Nicklaus experience, Bay Point Golf Course is about 20 minutes east, but an easy drive. Check on availability; the hurricane swept right over it. Windswept Dunes was spared the hurricane and is one of our favorite golf courses. If you have a private club membership in your home town your golf pro may be able to arrange a round at Camp Creek in Rosemary Beach.
Coastal Parasail offers all sorts of fishing trips and beach activities. Check them out at the Beach Hut. They also are our provider of beach service which you receive every day as our guest.

This is a wonderful condo right in the hustle and busel of PCB. Great location to Pier Park and Pier. You will be on top of the world with this 22nd floor condo with great views. If you're staying in PCB area don't miss out on this terrific location. Susie is a joy to work with. I've stayed here twice now and plan to stay next March too. No need to look any further as this is the place to be!

WOW!! We were so happy with Calypso 2209 West!! The condo was true to the advertisement!! The view was gorgeous with the wrap around windows in this corner unit!! Pier Park and local pier were within walking distance!! New Years Eve was amazing with Beach ball Drop and Fireworks!! Definitely will stay here again!! We chose this condo for our stay first and foremost because of the location. It is two blocks away from Pier Park and it is directly on the most gorgeous beach! When we arrived at the condo, we were impressed with everything from the size of the condo to the furnishings and the well-appointed kitchen. They have everything in there that you could possibly need for your entire family. Beach games, cookware, beach towels, coolers. The place is immaculate and has three full baths. With 8 of us staying here, we had plenty of room and were not at all on top of each other. We had a wonderful vacation and this condo was the right choice. I will definitely stay here every year! The owner is amazing also!

What a relaxing vacation we had at Susie's place. The condo is on the 22nd floor with 1800 sq ft of space, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. The views were fantastic. Pier Park was right there, a five minute stroll on the beach or two minute walk on the sidewalk. My favorite was Irish coffees Friday morning at Tootsie's. We ate at Roadhouse the first night and didn't need to eat again with all the good food we got there. We did have lunch on Saturday at the Craft Bar in Pier Park North. Again, stuffed and didn't need dinner Saturday evening. We had some warm time but mostly colder weather - the heat and AC work great! We had three families and all were comfortable in the space. Susie communicated very well and we lacked nothing while there. I'd recommend Calypso "toes in the sand" and will stay there again. Thanks, Susie!

We Arrived at Toes in the Sand on 10/8, Hurricane Michael was a day behind us so we only got to stay one night. I have to say, it would be hard to find another owner that went above and beyond for us like Susan did. We obviously were heartbroken about having to leave early because the condo is gorgeous. And that view though! Convenient, walking distance to Pier Park. Honestly you have second thoughts on even wanting to leave because it’s so beautiful and comfortable. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. And I can’t say enough about how amazing the owners were to work with from day one. We did not lose a penny!!!! Even though we left early and had to evacuate. If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, spacious place to stay with a view that’s hard to beat, well this is your spot! And the owners are the icing on the cake. I feel like I’ve known her for years just meeting her by phone a month ago. Your search is over if you are reading these reviews like I did trying to decide where to stay! That’s exactly why I left one.

"We believe in treating our guests like we would like to be treated. Our guest was incredibly helpful to us during the evacuation. She prepped the condo as we requested which included moving our furniture in from the balcony. I can't imagine not refunding a guest 100% for a hurricane. She deserved it and now she will definitely return. We will always take care of our guests and make sure they are 100% satisfied."
