Conveniently located between Venice and Sarasota, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single family home features gorgeous open floor plan, brand new kitchen with a centerpiece island that seats 4, updated bathrooms and bedrooms and a large backyard.

The well-equipped kitchen features small appliances including a Kitchen Aid mixer, coffee machine, blender, toaster and microwave oven along with white Mikasa dishes and glassware.
