One of our favourites is the town of Celebration - just a couple of miles away. Celebration was designed by the Walt Disney Company and is influenced by historical American cities. The architecture is traditional and there are some pretty lakes. The restaurants here are good, catering for simple family meals to special occasions. There's some delightful walks and cycleways - if you're lucky you'll probably see an alligator or two!
Nearby Margaritaville is amazing fun - waterpark, themed restaurants, shows and events - worth a visit.
If you like your sport, visit Tampa and watch Tampa Bay Lightening, the 3 times winners of ice hockey's prestigious Stanley Cup. Tampa is a vibrant beautiful city but the adjoining old town of Ybor City is a fantastic place to visit too, with so much history.
Orlando is another exciting city and home of Orlando Magic basketball.

Very spacious Villa in excellent location with quiet neighbourhoud. Next Walmart and restaurants only a few minutes away. Check-In easy. Good communication with hosts and fast answers. We loved the atmosphere in the villa as well as the Table Kicker and the Billard.

We have been travelling to Florida for over 15 years now and this villa is easily one of the best we've had. The location is great, close to every kind of store, restaurant, or attraction you want to go to. The house has a large fridge & plenty of storage space for food for 8 people, which you don't always get. The furniture is new and comfortable, the A/C works well, and the pool and spa were warm and very well maintained - they got a lot of use. Lots of fun things in the garage for people to play as well. The owner and the management company are helpful and quick to respond if you need anything. Everyone had a great time this year and we will definitely want to come back.

Em W.Excellent New Year Stay
We stayed for x2 weeks over new year and had an excellent experience at the villa. Its location is close to all the parks and attractions, with Disney being 10-15 minutes away, Universal 25-30 mins and very close for shopping, Walmart, 5 mins and a vast amount of restaurants, cafe's in close proximity. The villa is like a home away from home with a beautiful pool and spa. We paid for additional pool heating due to the time of year and were able to use it nearly every evening, a welcome place to relax after a busy day at the parks. The kitchen was clean and well equiped for a large family with all the utensils you would ever need. The bedrooms are all of a good size with an ensuite and x2 other bathrooms. It was a fabulous experience from the moment we booked, communication was excellent. It suppassed our expectations and we would highly recommend for anyone looking for a trip to Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The location is excellent, it is close to all the parks and attractions, with Disney being just a few minutes away. There are restaurants, cafe's and shops all close by.The villa itself has excellent amenities with a beautiful pool, sunbathing and outside dining area. Also spacious open plan kitchen, inside dining and lounge area. The bedrooms are all of a good size with an ensuite or bathroom right next to it.Perfect for a family or group holiday.
