Condo has a large private patio for enjoying a cup of coffee, a refreshing cold beverage and always a great spot for watching the dolphins play in the surf or taking in a good book. Condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably with a King size bed in the Master, a two Queen size beds in the second bedroom. Master bathroom has an over-sized jetted soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and dressing vanity with double sinks. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances, cooking utensils, eating utensils, pots/pans/bake ware and dishes. There is a washer and dryer in the condo and all linens and towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi provided and living room/bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

My family has stayed in this condo for close to 30 years and absolutely love the location and ease of access to the beach. It has always been clean and suited our needs perfectly. We were somewhat disappointed this year because the lightning was so low, particularly in the kitchen and master bedroom. We were excited to see some of the furnishings had been updated; however, being in our sixties, we were frustrated to find it difficult to rise from the new sofa and loveseat that was close to the floor! One of the legs on a chair, which has been in the unit for quite a number of years, broke while an adult sat in it (not injured, though).Overall, we had a great time and the property manager for this unit was very responsive to all our concerns and needs!
