JessicaDespite the oddly cold weather in Tampa, my family and I had a great stay at villa verde. Everything was as described and very clean. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Close to many things - shopping, beach etc. would stay again!

MaryAnnI come to the area for infusions, and this was a last-minute booking for me. Antoine accommodated my needs and even allowed for a later checkout due to special circumstances since I was doing treatments.The neighborhood is quiet, and the home is clean. There is plenty of room for people to stay. I loved the fancy latte machine. Unfortunately, I didn't use the workout mirror or the backyard with the pool. Overall, the property was pristine. All of my questions were answered within minutes by Antoine.

IrinaWe spent Christmas week at Villa Verde and had an excellent time. The house is tastefully decorated and offers plenty of common space, which is perfect for family gatherings. The backyard is cozy, providing a delightful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. Speaking of which, the coffee machine is fantastic.Antoine proved to be an outstanding host—easy to communicate with, responsive, and quick to address any questions we had. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

IanaI would like to say Antoine is a very responsible host Just think that description luxury represent glassware and dinnerware that are not for outside use. The one in the house is plastic. Which I did not like at all. Everything else was okay Just the luxury doesn’t represent this house!

Ah S.The house looked as advertised. Antoine was quick to respond to his emails. I only have two complaints. The first is the bed sheet in all the bedrooms were dirty with dirt and hair and the gray fleece blanket on the master bed was soaking wet. Good thing there was a washer and dryer so I was able to wash all the linens so we could have clean beds to sleep on. To me it wasn’t a big deal but I’m sure to others it would have been. Second, I would like there to be a cutting board for cooking. Other than that over all we really enjoyed the house.

PamelaGreat place to stay with family, lovely house and great space. The garden is nice with the pool and seating area. Antoine was really helpful and responsive. Would totally recommend and we are looking forward to come back.

DanielaNot satisfied with the state of cleanliness of the house - from the bedrooms to bathrooms. I communicated w/ host, he volunteered to send a cleaning crew but we decided to go out and get our own supplies and do it ourselves as we did not trust that it would actually be left clean. I believe proper cleaning has not been done to the house in some time. Baseboards/doors dusty & stained. Mold on wall in master shower, liners were pink from mildew. Yellow stains and hair on all the sheets. I don't think house was cleaned prior to our arrival & sheets were reused from previous guests. AC was not working when we arrived, host quicky resolved and had unit fixed, fans were sent to the house but did not arrive until following day around same time ac was fixed. Addt’l, grill was dirty & gas tank empty. Back area was messy at arrival, 2 lounge chairs were rusted & one would not stay up and couldn’t be used. Beach umbrella & chairs not provide so bring your own if planning beach trips.

AbbyWe stayed at Antoine's home for my birthday weekend and had a wonderful time! The space comfortably accommodated 6 adults with ample beds and a large kitchen/living area. We especially enjoyed the pool—it was the perfect temperature for cooling off in the Florida heat! We would definitely stay at the Villa Verde again if given the opportunity.

CaylaAntoine’s place is stylishly decorated and very clean. I visited with a small group of friends to celebrate some birthdays and it made for a great getaway. The house had plenty of space for the 6 of us with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and an additional daybed in the entrance room. The pool area was a group favorite as it had plenty of seating, privacy from the neighbors, & a larger tree the provided shade in the pool. Being centrally located between both St Pete and Clearwater, the place allowed for endless options of things we could do. Although the location shown in the listing did not exactly match the actual location, we loved our stay & would definitely stay again.

NormaThis place was everything we had hoped for. Clean with all amenities available. Such a quiet place to relax. Beds are comfy, easy access to different dinning options and only 20 minutes from Tampa airport. The pool was the family favorite. Antoine communicated quickly and made sure we didn’t need for anything. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

Silvana C.Everything looks perfect and clean on the pictures and We booked this house because it was what we were looking for and the house has a pool. When we arrived to the house the dishes on the kitchen were dirty, the pool and backyard area were a disaster. The grill too!! We payed a cleaning fee for nothing. Don't waste your money in here !
