High Tunes is brand new to the short term rental market (September 2023) and located in gated Secluded Dunes - a dozen houses from the 8 miles of State Park white sand beach - the best of both worlds - wake up to gorgeous sunrises on the roadside deck and enjoy sunset happy hours on the beach side deck.

This one-level, very open and uncluttered, 3 bedroom (1 gulf front King suite on north end of home with direct deck access, 1 gulf front Queen bedroom with direct deck access and 1 kid's room with 2 sets of twin bunkbeds on south side of house with shared bathroom), is the PERFECT place to get away from it all with friends and family. High end, comfortable furnishings, brand new smart TVs (3), fully stocked kitchen, new linens, and did we mention the giant deck and views?!

Plenty of room to park a boat (lucky you!).

12 houses walking on the beach and 1 mile from the drive-in entrance to St Joseph Peninsula State Park - With 10 miles of sugar white sand, this park is one of the top rated beaches in the United States rated #1 by Dr. Beach in 2002. Sunbathing, shelling, snorkeling, swimming, bicycling and fishing are popular activities. A boat ramp which accommodates most trailered vessels is located at Eagle Harbor. Some of the highest dunes in the nation are found here as well as some of the last remaining habitat of coastal sand pine scrub. St. Joseph Peninsula State Park has an abundance of wildlife and provides excellent opportunities for bird watching and wildlife viewing. The park is extremely popular during scallop season (July 1 - Labor Day weekend)

1 mile from Coneheads ice cream and dining; 4 miles from The Trading Post (groceries, liquor, all vacation needs and souvenirs, Weber's Donuts, ice cream and coffee, St. Joe Shrimp Company, Peachy's–fish tacos and pulled pork, Tortugas shirts and souvenirs!

Take the 20 mile bike path on the Cape to explore miles of coastline and access optional rentals at Scallop Cove II, such as kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and pontoon boats. This is a fabulous location with easy beach access and gorgeous sunsets directly in front of the house.

And we highly recommend visiting Port St. Joe and Apalachicola for great restaurants and shops (within 30 minutes).
