The main level is open and welcoming — fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, and a generous living room with sleeper sofa and 65-inch Smart TV, all opening onto the large screened porch with ceiling fan, dining set, and gas grill. The queen guest bedroom with its own private balcony and full bath is conveniently on this level.
