Welcome to beautiful Cape San Blas FL, located along Florida's Forgotten Coast in the Florida Panhandle--50 miles SE of Panama City between Mexico Beach and St. George Island and Apalachicola.


It is in beautiful, gated Barrier Dunes which is just steps from the entrance to St. Joseph State Park and it's the large variety of wildlife, Hiking, Biking, and over 16,000 acres of awesome 'Beachfront' wilderness surrounded on 3 sides by the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joe Bay.

Barrier Dunes has 2 pools (1 is gulf front & 2nd is heated 4 mo. a year), lighted tennis courts, playground, pet stations, boat parking, boat washing area, and boardwalks.

The lower floor spacious living room with a large back deck with seating and a gas grill. There is also a dining room and kitchen with all you need for cooking your catch of the day plus the conveniences of a large screen cable TV and WiFi throughout the home. Finally, there is a full bath and a Queen Bedroom with a private porch, cable TV and DVD.

The entire upper floor is a King Master Suite! Enjoy a private porch with gulf views! Private bathroom (walk-in shower and separate garden tub), walk-in closet, Flat Screen Cable TV

The upper floor also has a full laundry room with washer, dryer, and detergent. There is also an ironing board and iron.

Area Information

This townhome is located in the gated, pet-friendly community of Barrier Dunes. The beach is dog-friendly as well. It is located just outside the gates to St Joseph Peninsula State Park. The park is a great place to explore and enjoy hiking trails, surrounded by St Joe Bay on three sides.

Barrier Dunes has 2 pools (One is direct beach front), lighted tennis courts, 3 freshwater fishing ponds, playground, pet stations, boat washing and parking area, and boardwalks throughout

You can rent bikes (kayaks and many other things) from Scallop Cove, San Flea Rentals, or Happy Ours on the Cape.
