2025 Equestrian season: Perfect location for Eventing. Majestic Oaks, with 100 acres and Three-Phase Schooling Shows and the Majestic Oaks Horse Trials is a close 7 min drive, from house. World Equestrian Center is a near 28 min drive. An eventing training area is next door.

The monthly rate is for 4 people occupancy. An upcharge of $500 applies for each additional guests, maximum 6. 1 month minimum rental.

Entertainment like Jai-Alai casino in Orange Lake, Zip Line Adventure Park, Silver Springs Stage Park with its glass-bottom boats, the World Equestrian Center, Majestic Oaks Equine Center, easy access to UF Hospital, all is near-bye. The Atlantic or the Gulf of Mexico, either way, is just a 2 hr. drive.

The home is fully furnished as seen in pictures and has linens, cookware, etc. Parking is in front of main entrance to home; WI-FI is Free; Included in rent is A/C - May through December, lowest A/C setting 78 and January through April 72 and Heat highest 70 degrees in winter, January through April. Security deposit fully refundable provided that at time of departure home is in same condition as found upon arrival.

Rental can be month by month, 3 months, or for an entire year.
