Descending a spiral staircase from the Guest Bedroom takes you to a ground level "She Shed/Meditation Room” Designed for relaxing, this is the perfect place for a nap or to sit in the swing chair under the overhang on the water's edge while listening to the sounds of this private patio's water features. The Main Back Deck off the Great Room features a Natural Gas BBQ grill as well as a round deck table, with a gas fire pit built into the center of it.

From this Main Deck, stairs lead you down to a waterfront decked peninsula. Further down the deck is the 30' boat dock. Boat rentals are available from the marina just to the south or bring your own boat.

After walking home from that special time of day, watching the sunset from your private gulf beach access, the property will be bathed in a beautiful wash of outdoor landscape lighting. Your bay side lighting package showcases Underwater Lights, dusk to dawn.
