An office area in the family room with high back so comfortable desk chair so you feel rested while doing your work
and there is also space in the bedrooms to add a desk if you need it
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare meals
This property can be rented on monthly basis with (30 days minimum period) or yearly.
Yearly rental is $3300 please call for pricing
For the 3 high season months of January, February and March minimum stay is 2 months
*For all kinds of rentals,
The owner pays for basic cable, basic internet, landscaping, pool and amenities, and pest control
(internet upgrades paid by the tenant if he wants it)
*Security deposit $3300 , cleaning fee $250, HOA application fee $100.
*Security deposit, first and last month are due on signing
*The tenant is responsible to pay for electricity, gas, water & sewer
* Excellent credit score required
* Pets restrictions and extra fees apply:
$150 per month per pet, and extra $300 carpet cleaning fee apply
Only low shedding hypoallergenic small dogs and cats are allowed
*Pets are only allowed in the first floor, a gate is provided to prevent the pets from going in the second floor
*$500 fee will be taken from the security deposit in case we find animal traces in the upper floor
* Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house

John B.Enjoyable stay in Lakewood Ranch
My wife and I stayed for two months in this well decorated new townhome in Lakewood Ranch. The owners had all the essentials amenities that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The community was very quiet and the clubhouse had everything that an active couple could want, pool, gym, tennis and pickle ball courts. The owners were extremely responsive and easy to work with. Lakewood Ranch is a great place to visit, plenty of great restaurants, close to beautiful beaches and this townhouse is right in the middle of all the action. We will definitely stay there again.
