When arriving at our villa, you’ll be welcomed by its high-ceilinged hallway leading into a beautiful open-plan living space, complete with a family room, a splendid and spacious kitchen, and an enchanting dining room. The family room is highlighted by sliding glass doors that overlook the sparkling pool and let in plenty of natural light.

The master suite is a spacious and comfortable bedroom, with a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a stunning ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, bath, and double granite top vanity. In addition, the main suite offers breathtaking pool views from the comfort of your bed.

Adjacent to the Master suite, a generously sized bedroom awaits, featuring a queen-size bed perfect for additional guests. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and 40" LED TVs. Nearby, two twin bedrooms offer ample space for the whole family to unwind. The two additional bedrooms are fitted with 2 twin beds, 32" TVs, closets and a conveniently situated bathroom with a walk-in shower and granite top vanity.

The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is a foodie's dream, with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from a full-size fridge freezer to a range of cooking utensils and appliances. Unique Benefits

When we first saw this villa, we were immediately captivated. The open-plan living space with its sliding glass doors overlooking the pool was simply breathtaking. The pool views from the master suite were also amazing.

But what really made us fall in love with this villa was its high-ceilinged hallway leading into a beautiful open-plan living space and its spacious and well-equipped kitchen, providing everything we needed to cook our favourite meals with ease. The large pool area outside, complete with a dining table, offered an idyllic spot to enjoy dinner with family and friends.

The large pool was a haven for lazy afternoons of swimming, sunbathing, and leisurely reading by the water's edge. It was the perfect way to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine, especially as our home was in Scotland.

We also loved the fact that the villa was located in a quiet area, with well-maintained gardens and attractive landscaping, yet it was only a short drive from Disney and Golf courses. This made it the perfect place to relax and unwind, but also to explore the surrounding area.

Area Information

Our villa is conveniently located between U.S. 192 and I-4 Interstate, just off Highway U.S. 27 and next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Course.

Westridge is a charming community that blends permanent residential properties with vacation homes. The neighbourhood is safe and well-lit, with beautifully maintained gardens, quiet, peaceful, and attractive landscaping. The gently rolling hills add to the sense of peace and tranquillity. Guests are invited to enjoy the communal facilities, which include a large swimming pool, a children's play area, two tennis courts and a football/Soccer field.

Orlando International Airport is a 40-minute drive away. Magic Kingdom Park is only 10 miles (15-20 minute drive depending on traffic) and Universal Studios and SeaWorld are around 23 miles (35-minute drive) from the house. Legoland is 27 miles away.

Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the proximity of Highlands Reserve Golf Club, just 2 miles away (a 5-minute drive), while Champion’s Gate is nearby just 5 miles away (around a 10-minute drive).

If shopping is on your agenda, major malls and outlet stores are just a short drive away (within 18-24 miles, typically a 26-40 minute drive), making it easy to find the perfect outfit or souvenir.
