Six en suite bedrooms will give you and your family enough private room when not together. All the bedrooms' bathrooms have floor to ceiling beautiful tiled and marble showers. Both Master Suites feature full Shower experiences including hand showers, rain heads and body jets. Both Suites also include full electronic bidet style toilets along with heated seats.
The main floor features four bedrooms. The kids room AKA “Bunk Room” contains custom made bunk beds. Two Twin XL beds above two Full sized beds cantilevered off the wall. The lower Guest bedroom is a king sized bed with 12ft ceilings and a hallway closet and full bath. The lower master suite is a spa like experience and features 13 ft ceilings with inlaid cypress with an up lit trey. This bathroom offers a beautiful soaker tub with an incredible experience shower. The shower is a Kohler DTV+ digital experience. Dial in the exact temperature and which shower features you desire, such as the Rain Shower experience. Another suite offers a king-sized bed and adjoining full bath with a stunning draped metal link-chain chandelier.
Upstairs are two en suite bedrooms. The upper Guest bedroom features a full bathroom with floor to ceiling tile. A hallway guides you to the bedroom which is a custom-made blue velvet upholstered bed. This bedroom looks to the north and west with sunset views and sights of the lake. A short journey down the east hallway takes you to the massively large second master suite. This suite is nearly 450 sq ft indoor then a private lanai area overlooking the pool and lake that is another 500 sq ft. It will be a coin toss on who gets the upper or lower master suites. Up the spiral staircase off of the 2nd Flr master suite takes you to the Skydeck. The owners built this for pleasant evening sunset views and ocean breezes.
The back yard encompasses oasis style luxury living featuring a 12,000 gallon ultimate pool with 2 sun shelfs and two seating ledges. Deep end is 5.25 ft. Three stools sit next to the sunken fire pit that is pool side so as both parties can enjoy good conversation or games. From the pool you can enjoy full sun for the bulk of the day with relief later in the afternoon. There is a full outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, gas grill, power side burner and sink. The outdoor living area features a 2nd lanai fire pit and plenty of seating along with an outdoor TV.
FIRST FLOOR: Kids Room - Custom-made twin over full bunks with an attached tub shower bathroom. Each bed has a built-in light with a charging station. Sleeps 6.
