Exclusive Access to Destiny East Amenities

As a treasured guest of Destin Vacation Company, you’ll have full access to the Destiny East community amenities, including: Main pool and spa with a fountain, chaise lounges, umbrellas, dining table seating, outdoor showers, another lakeside pool, sports courts (tennis, pickle ball, basketball), playground, cabana grilling station, exercise trail, four-prong lake, state-of-the-art gym. Private pool can be heated for $65 per day. Please inquire prior to your arrival.

VIP Fun Passes – Free Attractions Every Day:
As a guest of Destin Vacation Company, you’ll receive one free pass per activity, per day to some of the area’s best attractions, including:
The Gulfarium, The Seablaster Dolphin Cruise, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, Baytowne Wharf Adventure Zone, Four different golf courses

Bonus Feature: This home includes an elevator for easy access to all floors. Elevator is for loading and unloading luggage and for impaired guests.
Guest Amenities Provided: High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, linens and towels for all bedrooms and bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, and utensils, two washers and two dryers, hairdryers in all bathrooms, iron and ironing board, beach gear including chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys, floats, and beach towels, cleaning supplies available for guest use

Starter Package of Amenities Provided by Destin Vacation Company:

To make your stay even more convenient, Destin Vacation Company provides a starter package of amenities for you, which includes: Toilet paper, trash bags, body and hand soap, body wash, dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels
The length of your stay and the number of people in your party will determine how long the starter package will last. Additional supplies may be needed for extended stays

Security Cameras for Guest and Owner Safety:

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, security cameras are located on the outside of the home and in the garage. These cameras are continuously monitored and are not intended to invade your privacy but to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.

We do not rent to student groups. You must be 25 or older to rent our property.

No smoking, no pets, and no illegal drug use.

No filming or commercial use without prior approval.

No rearranging furniture.

No outside guests are allowed.

Illegal substances and activities are strictly prohibited.
