Sitting on Watersong, a highly recommended gated community in Davenport, is this amazing 5 bedroom private rental villa, with an extended west facing pool deck looking out at a conservation area. The pool deck is great for some out door living and alfresco dining! The pool has it’s own spa. Lay back and relax in the bubbles after a hectic day at the parks! The pool deck is fully screened and is a fabulous sun trap.
Additional features include modern furnishings and decor with a well equipped kitchen. The villa has plenty of living space with three large lounge areas to chill out in.
All of the bedrooms have flat screen televisions. We have three bedrooms which are en-suite and two bedrooms share a bathroom.
We have two themed bedrooms one catering for the “Harry Potter” fanatics amongst you! The other bedroom bringing a little bit of London to Orlando.
Our games room should keep children and adults entertained for hours. There’s a pool table, air hockey and table football. The walls are a mass of sporting, music and movie memorabilia!
We have parking for two vehicles on the driveway. Parking on the curb side is prohibited on the estate, anyone breaching these rules face having their vehicle towed away.

There is a great volleyball court if there is enough in your party to form two teams. There is also a play area for the children that has swings and slides within the same vicinity as the volleyball court.
Watersong Resort is surrounded by great golf courses in Orlando. If you want to get some putting practice in before hitting the courses there are some putting greens on the resort!

Children will love the outside space. We are lucky to have a super size pool deck, which we are sure you will enjoy. As the villa is surrounded by conservation area you will see an array of wildlife. It is great to watch the Sand Hill Cranes, giant tortoise, deer and armadillo living on your door step, if you are lucky enough to see them!
The games room and game station will also prove to be a hive of entertainment for youngsters and adults alike.
The themed “Harry Potter” room will act as a magnet for the young Harry Potter fans! It is a room full of autographed photos signed by the characters.

Area Information

Watersong Resort is a fantastic place to unwind after a hectic day at the parks. Our home is surrounded by a lush, green conservation area. It is fantastic to watch some of the local wildlife.
We have Loughman's Crossing shopping centre, that is a two minute drive away by car. The Publix supermarket is great for all your essentials. There is also “ Lins Asian Bistro,” Hungry Howies Pizza & Sub and Burger King!
It is a great place to holiday if you enjoy a round of golf! One of our close neighbours is Providence which has a superb golf course.
You are a short drive away from Champions Gate, a great place for dining out!

Favorite Places To Eat

“Mannys Chop House” if you like Steak, this place is a must! Make sure to book a table because you can be waiting a while for one.
We love Champions Gate for a wide variety of of bars and restaurants.
“ Millers Ale House” is great place to hang out. Great place to eat have a drink and watch a game, without breaking the bank.
“ The Fish and Chip Shop “ offers a little bit of England. Delicious fish, chips and mushy peas always a winner.
