Sitting on Watersong, a highly recommended gated community in Davenport, is this an amazing 5 bedroom private rental villa with an extended west facing pool deck looking out at conservation area.
The pool deck is great for some out door living and alfresco dining!
Additional features include modern furnishings, decor, well equipped kitchen. The villa has plenty of living space with three large lounge areas to chill out in.
All our bedrooms have their own flat screen televisions. We have three bedrooms which are ensuite and two of the bedrooms share a bathroom.
We have two themed bedrooms one catering for the “Harry Potter” fanatics amongst you! The other bedroom bringing a little bit of London to Orlando. Both bedrooms have been tastefully decorated.
Our games room should keep children and adults entertained for hours.
We have parking for two vehicles on the driveway. Parking on the curb side is not allowed on the estate, anyone breaching these rules face having their vehicle towed away.

We are surrounded by great golf courses in Orlando. If you want to get some putting practice in before hitting the greens, we do have some putting greens!
The kids do have a play area with swings and slides.

Children will love the outside space. We are lucky to have a super size pool deck, which we are sure you will enjoy. As the villa is surrounded by conservation area you will see an array of wildlife. It is great to watch the Sand Hill Cranes, giant tortoise, deer and armadillo living on your door step, if you are lucky see them.
The games room will also prove to be a hive of entertainment for youngsters and adults alike. There is also a games station.
The themed “Harry Potter” room will act as a magnet for the young Potter fans! It is a room full of autographed photos signed by their favourite characters.

Area Information

Watersong Resort is a fantastic place to unwind after a hectic day at the parks. Our home is surrounded by lush, green conservation area. It is fantastic to watch some of our local wildlife.
We have a lovely shopping centre, two minutes away by car. It is called
Loughmans Crossing. The Publix supermarket is great for all your essentials. There is also “ Lins Asian Bistro,” Hungry Howies Pizza & Sub, plus a Burger King!
It is a great place to holiday if you like golf! One of our close neighbours is Providence which has a superb golf course.

Favorite Places To Eat

“Mannys Chop House” if you like Steak, this place is a must!!
Make sure to book a table because you can be waiting a while for one.
“The Fish And Chip Shop” on ChampionsGate for a great British meal. The lovely fried fish and the chips are divine!
