Looking for a perfect coastal retreat? Look no further than "Catch Me by the Sea" in Inlet Beach, FL! Our charming and fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a 4-seated island-style bar, that opens up to a spacious coastal living room, perfect for cooking, snacking, and binge-watching with your loved ones. Just around the corner, there's a formal dining room with ample seating for everyone. Upstairs, you'll find all of the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a beautiful sitting area, and a spacious ensuite. Down the hall, there's a queen bedroom and the 3rd bedroom has 2 full-sized beds, perfect for kids or multiple families. There's even an additional sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room for extra guests. For added convenience, we have a full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen, a powder room, and a portable outdoor grill. A gated community pool is also available in this private community, just a 3-minute walk from the house.

PARKING: Our property has a one-car garage and a two-car paved driveway that easily accommodates up to three (3) cars. Overnight street parking is not allowed in our community. Violators will be towed at the renter's expense.
° Please do not park on the grass or in the pine straw areas.

BBQ: We have a propane BBQ available for your use. GRILL USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Grill tools are available: a long-handled spatula, tongs, and fork. **Please ensure the grill is never left unattended and always turned off when not in use.

Once you're here, explore the scenic route along 30A, where you'll discover 16 unique, charming neighborhoods along the 26 miles of sugar-white sand beaches. Just a mile from the house, you would want to visit the shops at 30Avenue, which offer a variety of restaurants, shops, and live music. Additionally, Camp Helen and Lake Powell are also located nearby.

TIMPOOCHEE TRAIL—This trail is popular for road biking, running, and walking. It is a 19-mile paved bike path that runs alongside 30A, allowing cyclists to travel through all the beach communities from Dune Allen in the west to Inlet Beach in the east.

Beach Access:
The Inlet Beach Regional Access is situated at the end of South Orange Street, approx 0.5 miles from the house. This county access is the largest in Walton County, including three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. Restroom facilities are available, and during the peak season, lifeguards are on duty.

Camp Helen and Lake Powell:
Embark on a half-mile journey to the east and discover Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell. Here, visitors can immerse themselves in the tranquil activities of kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and canoeing. Additionally, embrace the opportunities for hiking and bird watching, allowing nature to captivate your spirit.
