We stayed at this lovely home to get away from the cold winter in Canada. Upon arrival we enjoyed this beautiful well laid out and well equipped home. A bonus was a bottle of Prosecco to greet us along with detailed instructions to make our stay enjoyable. The bedrooms were spacious and suitable for both couples or children. There were lots of towels, including beach towels to take to the community pool. The gym was clean and had plenty of machines that were modern and easy to use. The home’s lanai faced a large pond where we enjoyed seeing various birds. We used the bbq on the lanai occasionally as well. The new appliances were easy to operate. The management team was quick to respond both before and during our stay. Publix, CVS, McD’s, Wendy’s and DQ are nearby as is a small farmer’s market. RibCity is a great family restaurant as well. This rental is suitable for both families and retirees who want a beautiful getaway.

There are to be no guests allowed to stay overnight in the property without the prior approval of the owners. Any requests for overnight guests need to be approved prior to booking. Extra person charges may apply and vary depending upon the property policy. Onsite parties and event are strictly prohibited.
There is a 100% No pet policy in place. Any pets found in property will result in immediate eviction.
The property has security cameras located on the exterior of the home. No recording of video or audio during your stay, however, cameras are still active for the security of the property.
There is a No Smoking policy in and around the home. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction.
