This vacation villa offers a sunny private pool, relaxing spa overlooking the lake. There are 2 master suites, private pool, community pool / gym. Pool has a screen fence around it. Located 15 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes to Universal, close to shops and restaurants.
There are 5 bedrooms. and 4 bathrooms
1. The master bedroom, is large. It has wood and wrought iron king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.
2. A master with en-suite bathroom with king size bed.
3. A beach themed room with queen-size bed.
4. Minnie mouse themed room with full size bed.
5. Spider man themed room with full size beds.
There’s also a washer and dryer for those mid-stay laundry needs.
Now, for the pool! This has to be the best part of the home. The pool area is screened in has a great view of the lake behind it If you want to cool off after a long day out, take a dip in the lagoon-shaped pool. If you want to work on your tan, lay on one of the sun loungers. If you want to get out of the sun for a bit, but remain outside, sit under the covered lanai. The pool has a screen fence to protect kids from accidently getting into the pool. There is an alarm on the doors to access the pools, to let parents know when the kids are sneaking out to the pool

Yes it is in a gated community. There is 24 hour security. All guests must park in driveway pr garage. If you park on the street you will be towed.
