Free Seasonal Beach Chairs are included! Two comfortable beach loungers and one umbrella are setup each day of your stay between March 1st and October 31st.
Our 1,146 square foot condo offers an open floor plan with balcony access and gulf views from both the living room and master bedroom! The Asian style uses influences from the Far East and draws on a tranquil, harmonious design with zen atmosphere, peaceful setting, natural light, oriental accent walls, and open feeling.
A spacious beach-front balcony includes a chaise lounger for relaxing to the sound of the waves. Enjoy beautiful coastal views of the Emerald Coast including majestic sunsets. An outdoor furniture set includes rocking chairs and end tables, perfect for morning coffee or late afternoon drinks. You'll love the outdoor balcony and its perfection for reading, napping, or enjoying each other's company while enjoying scenic views of the gulf and sea life such as dolphins, schools of fish, or manatees lazily drifting along the coast.
The living area provides seating for everyone and features gulf-views, balcony access, large pull-out sofa and chair with ottoman, and large television. The dining area features a dining table with bench and 4 chairs. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with 3 counter-height chairs, stainless appliances, and Asian inspired frosted glass cabinet doors. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes cookware, dishes, glassware, flatware, and utensils for preparing delicious meals. Our guests love to enjoy sunset meals, on the balcony, while gazing at the beautiful gulf and listening to waves splashing ashore.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, beautiful gulf views, and adjoins the balcony via a separate balcony access. The private master bath features a combination tub/shower and double vanity with granite countertop and vessel sinks. The guest bedroom is spacious, much like a second master bedroom, and includes queen bed with private bathroom access. The guest bathroom includes a combination tub/shower, granite countertop, and vessel sink.
A separate laundry room offers a combination washer/dryer. Our beach condo is a renter favorite. Book it today, you'll be glad you did!
PARKING: One reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During the spring break and summer busy seasons, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. One free parking pass will be provided. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. Overflow parking is available across the street on a first come, first serve, basis. If the overflow parking lot fills, a second space can not be guaranteed. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
