BEACH ACCESS
Your vacation condo already overlooks 1500 feet of beautiful beachfront, so take advantage of it! The stunning white sand will bring you to the even more gorgeous waters of the gulf. Take the time to enjoy this serene setting with a walk, or lie out on the Gulf of Mexico beach, and even dip your toes in the water!

This is a great alternative to going to any of the packed public beaches if you’re looking for something a little more private and low key. Beach chairs and rentals are also available right from the resort, which will make your experience easier than ever.

THREE GULF-FRONT POOLS
If you ever get tired of swimming in the Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, enjoy a refreshing dip in one of our outdoor pools. There are three pools in total, and one of them is heated from November 1 to May 1, so you can keep swimming even if it is a little chilly. Even if you don’t feel like swimming, there are gazebos and sunshades for relaxing under. There is also a handicap-accessible chair lift to use at the pools upon request. Please check with the “C” Building office or call .

OUTDOOR RELAXING
There are also plenty of opportunities to relax outside at the Dunes of Panama Resort where you won’t have to get into the water at all.

There are also outdoor barbeques and picnic tables available on the grounds so you can opt for a cookout as one of the things to do while in Panama City Beach.

FITNESS
You’ll also be able to enjoy activities like volleyball, tennis, basketball, and shuffleboard right at the resort. Courts for all of these activities are located right here at the resort. The tennis courts are also lighted so you will be able to enjoy them into the late evening or in the early morning.

If you’re still looking to get in some exercise, but don’t want to play any of these sports, we have something for that too. Dunes of Panama offers a fitness room so you can keep up on your workouts even on vacation.

ON-SITE AMENITIES
After grabbing a bite to eat or a daiquiri from Stingray’s, you will certainly be looking for other ways to burn off those calories! Fortunately, Dunes of Panama has a fitness room open to all guests in the E building. It offers your traditional workout equipment – weights, treadmill etc.

Perhaps you prefer active group sports. There is volleyball, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard courts, pickleball available for use as well. All these activities are located right at the resort, and they are lighted, so you can play before or after sunset.

The resort makes this easy if you’re hoping to spend some good quality time with loved ones. Swing sets on the beach, outdoor BBQs, and picnic tables make for a beautiful day of shared food, fun, and laughter.
