Why this property? I love this area because of the unique history and location of this ole fishing community. A lot of conservation went into protecting this desired area. Locals remain friendly and this area is not to saturated with people or theme parks. Fun local spots with big entertainment. Love the Lyric theater and shopping downtown and 5 star beaches.
