Sun, Sand, & A Great Place to Rest Our Heads

We stay at the Calypso at least yearly but this was our first time in this unit. We absolutely loveeee the unit being right next to the elevators (no, you don’t hear any extra noise and the convenience is so worth it!) and we also love that this unit has balcony doors in the living room and bedroom. One of my favorite things is to wake up to the PCB sunrise!! The unit was just as pictured and had everything we could have needed - even a cookie sheet so of course we made cookies! The Emerald Hub within the Calypso is so great as well. Perfect for light breakfast, snacks and of course late night ice cream. Our 3 generation girls trip was just perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely love to get this unit again in the future!

Beyond my expectations!

My husband and I decided to make a last minute trip down to PCB for a few days of R&R. Every aspect of our stay, from booking to check-out, far exceeded my expectations. Communication was incredible. The condo was beautiful with a surprise renovation of updated paint and furniture. The location at Calypso was perfect. I especially appreciated the large coffee mugs. Most condos only have small coffee cups, so I always bring my own because I love sitting on the balcony in the mornings with my coffee, so this was an added bonus for me. It was the little touches that put this stay over the top. We will definitely be back.

Paradise!

This room exceeded all expectations! Room was clean! Beds was comfortable, had all appliances you could possibly want! Literally room looked just as the pictures give! Booking and check in and out was so easy! And the best part is the chairs and umbrella you get everyday of your stay! We mostly stayed on the beach besides one day we did a few activities but them offering the Xplorie helps with being able to do things with the kids, and being our first time here we absolutely love this place and will be booking again for sure! Only disadvantage is the wait on the elevators at times, wasn't all the time just high traffic times it would be a longer wait but that's nothing Premium Beach Condos can cure!

The good and the bad

The condo was all that was expected. The grounds were always clean and staff were very friendly. The booking and follow up process was flawless. Security not so much. We had a group of 40-50+ teens-some under age of 18 that took over the beach daily with vulgar music,drunk and their games they insisted on playing between the rented beach chairs instead to the rear where there is ample room At night they screamed off and on from the pool and the hallways until 4am without consequence

We vacation at Panama City Beach every 2 years. We’ve always selected the same condo and had a wonderful stay - that’s what makes this review unique.This was the first time we tried something new and it turned out fantastic!Calypso 605 East is EXACTLY as you see in the photos! Very spacious, clean snd well equipped. The view is beautiful and the building is nice and quiet. Everything, even down to the beach service, was beautiful! The unit us right at the elevator, but you don’t hear the traffic.The Hosts were consistently available, though we didn’t really need anything during our stay - I just had a few questions upfront that were quickly and promptly addressed.It’s our new PCB vacation home!I highly, highly recommend both the unit and the Hosts!

The perfect beach getaway

Our stay at Calypso 605 East Tower was perfect! The unit was clean. The view from the balcony for breakfast every morning was amazing. Access to the beach was easy and the included chairs were a nice perk. The unit is located right next to the elevators but we didn't hear a thing and It was very convenient. The daily free excursion tickets through Xplorie were another added perk. My husband enjoyed a round of golf one day and we would both highly recommend the Sunset Dolphin Sailing Cruise. Right down the street within walking distance we found a delicious restaurant, Diego's Burrito Factory and Margarita Bar. We would definitely go there again. The owners of the condo were very easy to work with and responded very quickly to any communication wether through email or text. Overall we were very pleased with the condo and would definitely stay there again.

Absolute perfection!

My wife & I stayed to celebrate our anniversary. Communication with the owner could not have been better. The condo was very clean w/ new kitchen appliances. The unit comes with one free pass for near by attractions as well as 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you on the beach every day of your stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It’s a perfect place to end the evening. We’re already thinking about our next trip and stay here again, and again.Reminders: *Basics are provides (2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels). If you think you’ll need more, there are many stores (Walmart, etc) near by. *Be aware of the time of year you are going. We went in the “off season” and everything (restaurants, etc) shut down by 8 or 9pm. Wanted an evening out, but no where to go. Not a big deal at all. Just might help the next person.

Will definitely stay again

The property is just as described. The view is beautiful but access to the beach was great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the lack of towels for showering and the lack of salt and pepper. There was only 1 roll of toliet paper per bathroom. Next time I'll be better prepared. But with that being said I would stay again and again.

This was a beautiful, clean well kept condo. The owners were very gracious and prompt to work out any problems. The location was right across the street from Pier Park. I could go days without my car. The best part was waking up every morning seeing the beautiful white sandy beach, and ocean. I highly recommend this condo, and would certainly stay there again.

Family Vacation Panama City Beach, FL

Perfect place to stay to enjoy the area. I would recommend spending a little extra for the private reserved parking, ours was near the elevator, which opened right next to our condo. In two other condos we had family members with 4 small children. We could watch them from our balcony as they played in the gulf, dug holes, got buried in the sand, played catch. We took one day to wander up to Destin, shopping along the way, and one evening we went with the others for a Pirate Ship ride (fun for all). Condo was very clean, furnished well, we were able to buy a few groceries nearby for breakfasts and a couple of lunches. The condo was perfect for the two of us. We would definitely stay here again. Awesome Vacation

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The condo was So clean and had all the amenities to get us started. The 6th floor was perfect. Far enough from the pool area that you didn’t hear it and a quick elevator ride. Jenny was extremely helpful and answered any of our questions right away. Calypso 605 East - Amazing bay view

We understand in February we were spoiled with minimal crowds and/or tourists. Condo was clean and ready early for our check-in. Beautiful bay view from lanai. Stunning sunset view from privacy of the lanai or minutes walk down to the beach. Parking garage - easy access to condo and just parked our car and enjoyed walking to restaurants, bars, the Pier and Pier Park.Directions and updates about rental rules were very informative and helpful for our stay. We would not hesitate to stay again at this location.

Birthday trip

My Husband and I came for a long weekend and were so pleasantly surprised by the coziness of this condo. It was clean and had everything you might need. AND the view!! WOW! August 2021 beach vacation

The room was exactly as described in the listing! Booking process was easy! I liked that we were able to book and make three installments instead of one lump sum at the time of booking! The arrival and check out process was simple and easy! We bought the premium parking and that was wonderful having the same spot every time you left and came back and it was right by the elevator. Any questions I had during the booking process and during our stay at the condo, Jenny responded promptly! My husband has already asked to see when the calendar for next year is opened for this room. Just perfect

Enjoyable Stay

This was our 31 st consecutive year to stay at Panama City Beach and the second time to stay in this condo. The condo was exactly as described and meet all of our needs. It was very clean and provided very nice appliances. It is close to the restaurants that we like and Pier Park. It was a major task going anywhere because the traffic was Horrible. I did have one objective with using the balcony because the people staying in the adjoining condo, room #606 were heavy smokers and the smoke traveled from their balcony to our balcony. My wife is allergic to smoke.

The Perfect Place to Stay

The location is perfect. The view is amazing. The condo was very clean and was was equipped with everything you might need during your stay. We loved having the washer/dryer in the unit. The beach chairs were a big plus too. We spent a lot of time at Pier Park. We visited St. Andrews State Park and enjoyed the beautiful views there. We enjoyed eating at Another Broken Egg, Sharkys, Runaway Island and Paula Deans. This was our first trip here and we hope to return sometime in the future.

Very relaxing stay!

Stayed for 5 nights but had a wonderful week. This unit is a one bedroom, with the master on the beach side. Being on the 6th floor was great - not too far to see what happening on the beach, but still out of the "way".We had a recommendation to visit "Old St Andrew" across the bridge in Pensacola. It was great - be sure to visit the old printing office (Visitor Center) on Beck Av. There are several restaurants in the area and we went back that night to eat at "Alice's on Bayview". What a wonderful meal!

Great location and condo is very nice too.

We stayed at Calypso in Panama City Beach, unit 605 in East Tower. The weather was great in 80's every day. Loved having beach chair with this rental. King bed was comfortable and loved having a sliding glass door in bedroom and living room. Also has a huge soaking bathtub that I loved. Kitchen has all you need for cooking. The only thing needed is new sheets on king bed, the ones there seem to have stretched and are to big for bed. Would rent again for sure. Dee

beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay at Calypsos. The condo was clean and well equipped (would recommend they offer a few more bath towels though). The condo came with a stroller, pack-n-play, and highchair which was great. It also came with beach chairs and an umbrella which was nice. This unit is right off the elevators which at first concerned me, however, we did not hear hallway noise at all. The few issues we did have was handled nicely by Jenni.

Great Property!

Snowbirds R Us

Been Snowbirding here for a number of years. As usual, everything was ready, clean and waiting for us upon arrival. If an issue does come up, Jenny addresses it immediately. Nothing beats walking the beach barefoot in January or February! The view is always spectacular, and if you have to quarantine there's no better place. See you next year!!

A Fantastic Holiday

We wanted to get away for the holidays, but we wanted to be able to minimize contacts. The Premium Beach Condo (Calypso 605) was perfect! The view is amazing, the condo was fully stocked (the garlic press was a surprise), and very well maintained. We went for a walk every morning, and in the city park across the street (just to the west of the shopping center) we spotted a bald eagle, an osprey, great egret, great blue heron, and a pair of cormorants. If you are a birder, then we highly recommend driving a couple hours to the east to visit the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge - we spotted over 60 species with 5 lifers - definitely worth the drive. Such a Great Place for a Get-Away!

We had originally planned on taking a cruise for the week of Thanksgiving, but the sailings were canceled. We decided to go beach instead, and found this condo in PCB. The location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants at Pier Park cannot be beaten. We basically parked the car for the week and walked everywhere. The condo itself has everything it says, and the pictures reflect the true condition except for one important detail. The balcony furniture is so great! This sounds like a small thing, but it's very high quality, as well as sitting higher up to give you great views of the gulf. We spent a lot of time relaxing in that spot, really enjoying the weather and our time. The owners made this an easy process, and delivered big time on everything promised. We not only will be back, but can't wait to return. Thank you to the owners!

Great Place for our 30th Anniversery

My bride and I were married in PCB 30 years ago and wanted to come back for a visit, we could have not been any more blessed than we got when we found out about Premium Beach Condos and the manager Jenny. The condo was just as advertised very nice, very clean and close to everything that we wanted to do. It is within walking distance to eat, shop, go for a walk on the pier as well as the beach which is right on your doorstep. Beautiful Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Free parking and beach service. We were able to go straight to our room with a check in code. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing! Lots of seating on the balcony as well. Communication was great and she even notified us when the room was ready and that we could check in early. We would definitely stay here again!
