Resort Amenities:
11 Pools (5 heated) — including one just outside the back door to the right, one to the left by the Gym that is the Gulf Highlands Pool and another directly on the beach with a private snack bar. There are 8 other pools throughout the resort.
Private Beach Access — a short 6–7 minute walk through the gate and across a signal pedestrian crosswalk.

18-hole mini-golf course (bring your own putters and balls)
Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Shuffleboard Courts (Equipment is provided with rental please be sure to return all items to the townhouse) and Cornhole boards (Bean Bags are provided by the cornhole boards in a basket hanging on the fence of the tennis courts be sure to place bean bags back in the hanging basket for others to enjoy)

Whether you need a massage after a stressful day or have an injury, Liam can provide you with therapeutic services to suit your needs. He has his own table and supplies to serve you at your convenience while on vacation. He specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massages. Payment is Cash, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. He is available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays 10:00 am to 10:00pm and on Tuesdays 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and Fridays 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Please note that Liam is in no way affiliated with The Beach House on Gulf Highlands Blvd 160 we are just happy that we have someone available.

We already have been in the GH resort before and we still like it. Very close to the beach we walked for 7-8 minutes This time we tried this condo and we liked it even though it's very basic for family who wants to cook specific items. But it was great we bought some things from Walmart and that did it. The master bedroom is really awesome quite spacious. The back porch is covered so enjoyed late breakfast in the shade! The check in and check out were simple too. Didn't have any issues with this condo at all. We will definitely be back !

The property and townhouse # 160 were wonderful. We had a great time relaxing at the pools, and enjoying the beach with our grand children and great grandchildren. Yes, we have a 2 pet maximum. Pet fee is $75 per pet. Must be under 25 pounds and crate trained.
Yes. We have 2 different styles of coffee pots, a crock pot, can opener, fully functional gas stove, microwave, blender, ice maker with pellet ice, and plenty of dishes and utensils to prepare any type meal you want.
We have FREE Parking for 2 vehicles right in front of the townhouse.
No there are no charges to use the resort amenities. Nor is there a registration fee.
