First, we have vacationed on Longboat for the past 5 years. Longboat is a special place where you feel relaxed, enjoy the gorgeous beach and the laid back feel compared to more touristy places in Florida. But just as important, Lu Parker's condo has been the nicest place we stayed. She is absolutely wonderful to communicate with and is very accommodating. The condo is so inviting … comfortable and the best "stocked" home we stayed in. Her kitchen items were all very nice … and anything you needed! It is extremely clean and her furniture is stylish and new and bedding superb. The outside patio was lovely in the evenings and we enjoyed many candlelit dinners during our stay. The easy beach and pool access is a wonderful bonus!. The only negative is our schedule doesn't allow us to return next year, but hopefully in the future.

This condo is wonderful. The condo itself is very spacious for a 1 bedroom. And it's decorated beautifully. Modern and clean, clean, clean! Also, it's well stocked to get you started when you arrive (paper goods, spices, etc).It has a walk out patio, which isn't available at all condos as well as a patio out front with a grill. The location is great too. The pool is steps away from the condo. The boathouse, where you can relax and look out at the bay is also steps alway. In addition, the path to the private beach access is right across the street. And the condo association has beach chairs on the beach, so no need to bring your own. In addition, we found the neighbors to be very friendly and inclusive. I played Mah Jongg in the local game and was welcomed. They also have social gatherings and a book club. Lastly, if you're looking to stay in beautiful Long Boat Key, I would highly recommend this property.

Yes, we have a Mr. Coffee maker, blender, mixer, can opener, toaster, electric griddle available. The kitchen is nicely furnished.
Yes, we have basic cable with ROKU on both tv's.
