Gorgeous place. Comfortable beds and very clean, well decorated every inch. Loved sitting on the screened balcony watching dolphins and boats go by. Also her great sunrise views. Pools were great, I think they were salt water which I appreciated. Generally pretty quiet place.

beautiful condo overlooking the bay... extremely quiet and peaceful. condo was well stocked and very clean. we enjoyed our stay. we walked everyday. close to everything. highly recommend!!! Will return for sure.

I wish I could just move in forever! The place was perfect. I could spend all day on the screened porch watching the dolphins and birds. Such a comfortable, peaceful environment. John was a great host and went out if his way to help us check in early after a red eye flight. My older mom had a fall the day before and needed to rest her back before a wedding rehearsal. John was super helpful and understanding.

Beautiful location with lots of amenities close by. Loved sitting and watching all the boats go by. Grounds were immaculate and John was a great host. Only criticism was that the utility closet in the master was a mess and made it difficult to get into. Some of the door and closet handles were loose. Regardless, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back.

Everything we expected! This view was just gorgeous and relaxing. We saw dolphins on two separate occasions, and my kids were so enthralled. Get up early for the sunsets-they're magical! Love the flooring, kitchen, and furnishings! Everything was a quick drive on the island. Easy to walk to if you choose. If you go to the south Marco beach get up really early to get a parking spot, otherwise be prepared to walk quite a distance from the parking lot at Tiger Tail Beach. There is a lagoon you can either wade through or walk around. The walk is long when you're with kids and carrying gear, but it was beautiful and more remote. There's also a really nice multi-age playground by the parking lot at Tiger Tail Beach. Also Joey D's italian restaurant had the best fettuccini! We loved this location for a laid back, non crowded vacation. We did one beach day and one day at the pool. John was helpful and responsive. One of our top airbnb stays, and we would definitely stay here again. :)

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, first rate in every way: location is peaceful and idyllic, apartment amenities are everything you would ever need and John is a responsible and communicative host.
For our family, this was a wonderful few days, we could not have asked for more from it. Highly, highly recommended.

This is an amazing place, John was very nice and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The condo was in an awesome place, very tastefully decorated. We will definitely return for future vacations. All around we had an amazing time.

John was a wonderful host. Condo was super nice, convenient and appliances were well stocked. Love the Keurig coffee espresso maker. View was fantastic. Just enough space in condos to fit 4 comfortably

John’s place was exactly as shown. The views from the private balcony are breathtaking. The entire space was clean, fully equipped, and an absolute gem! I would highly recommend this place for a secret little place of relaxation on Marco Island. I stay in many AirBnB’s often and this was a memorable one without a doubt! Can’t wait to come back again!

This was our first time staying in Old Marco and we loved it. So much to do just around the condo: relax at the pool, play pickeball/tennis, ride bikes. Enjoyed drinking coffee every morning on the balcony. We took a kayak tour and rented a pontoon boat to go to Keewaydin Island (highly recommend). The condo is well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. John has thought of everything!

Beautiful condo on marcos Island. loved watching the sunrise over the water from the master bedroom. well equipped kitchen with all your basic amenities. enjoyed the facilities and appreciated alm the sports equipment provided. thanks for a beautiful and relaxing stay.
