My boyfriend and I wanted to get away for our anniversary and found this spot. It exceeded our expectations! For starters, the pictures were EXACTLY like the unit. Everything was so clean and the unit was very cozy. John was super responsive and friendly. He answered questions prior to our visit & texted us to let us know that we could check-in earlier than expected! The unit was across the street from the beach with an immense amount of restaurants and activities surrounding it. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay for our first time in Marco Island. Highly recommend this place!!

If you’re looking for an Airbnb in Marco Island, then this is your best choice! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The best part is that the condo is within walking distance to the beach. The bed is very comfortable as well (we brought our own pillows). The condo complex was quiet and everyone was friendly, and the pool was refreshing after a long day at the beach. The host, John, was quick to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again!

John’s place was clean and felt like home. It is a nice walk to the beach. John was a responsive host. Check in/out instructions were clear. Lots of information for all you need to know and do on the island was provide. Highly recommend!

The condo itself was perfectly described by the hosts, everything met our needs! The only minor thing I wish we knew ahead of time was the construction that was going on for the first couple of days of our stay in the condo right next door, the noise levels were pretty severely loud and lasted a pretty long time throughout the day but other than that, it was a great stay for a beach trip getaway!

Great location directly across from the beach access; easily walked to the beach. Restaurants and shopping were only a short drive away. Apartment was well furnished including beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) as well as other sports equipment. Lastly, John was a great host in communicating with us before the trip and also providing us with a special welcome package. Would surely come back again.

My wife and I stayed from 4/22-4/26. The location of John’s place is ABSOLUTELY perfect. Outside of being on the beach which I’m sure would significantly raise the rate, you couldn’t ask for a better place. The place is perfect for a couple to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant vacation. The living room was nice, kitchen was great and the overlooking balcony was awesome. The ONLY downside of the place is the bed. I would honestly have given it a 4.5 because the comfort of the bed is a little better than average. If you upgraded the mattress and box spring it would have been all around perfect. The bed seriously squeaked worse than a campground bunk bed. Overall though I would still highly recommend the place. It was a great vacation stay.

This place was GREAT! The condo itself was in excellent shape with some wonderful upgrades. It was quiet yet convenient to restaurants and most importantly to the beautiful white sand beach. Just a short walk across Collier Blvd and along one of the beautiful condo buildings and you’re greeted by the beautiful Gulf coast and the lovely beach. We can’t thank the host enough for his attention to the questions we had. My husband and I are strongly considering making this a repeat trip every winter!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Marco. Condo was excellent as well as the location. The host, John, was very responsive and understanding of our special needs. If we select Marco again for our vacation location, we would seriously consider staying in this condomium. It is excellent!

The condo was perfect and is in a great location, short walk to the beach. It has been fully renovated and is tastefully decorated. The bedroom allows for privacy, and the bed was very comfortable. The open floor plan for the kitchen, dining and living room area works well, and the Lania is peaceful in the morning for breakfast. The condo is well appointed with everything needed to enjoy the beach, the island and prepare meals. Appreciated that the condo came with bikes, beach chairs, etc. The condo is quiet and is in a modest size and quiet building with excellent parking.

Condo was very clean and had great access to everything. Beach is just across the street and there are restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. John was great to work with when we had a question, he was quick to respond.
