This was a beautiful, well stocked home for our family! They provided a baby highchair, stroller, the baby gates at the stairs… very appreciative of that! The sand toys, golf cart, beach chairs, pool area were also very appropriated!! They’ve thought of everything you may need for a wonderful vacation!

we had the best time for my friends 40th birthday weekend. they had a lovely welcome basket with wine waiting for when we arrived. the place was gorgeous with water views and huge balconies facing both directions. we spent much time out on the balconies and hanging by the pool. we easily walked across the street and enjoyed the beach chairs on the beach. would definitely stay here again. it was wonderful.

Gorgeous home, views. Quite area with public beach/park right across the road. Extremely well appointed especially with bed, bath and kitchen accessories. The child alarm for the pool access gave us that extra peace of mind for our little ones.

We were pleased with our stay. The house was very clean and had a nice "open" feeling. Location was convenient, easy to find, and the house was nicely stocked with basic supplies. Having access to an upscale (and new) golf cart was a definite plus.

The home was just perfect for our girls trip - plenty of beds for everyone to have their own and the kitchen was big and well stocked. Right across the street from the beach, so the view outside was always peaceful and had some good people watching! The electric golf cart was new and easy to use, perfect for getting us around the island without any hassle. Pool and backyard was great as well, and there was an outdoor shower for rinsing off.

Waves was amazing. It was our first time on the island and we weren't disappointed. The house had everything we needed and was incredibly clean. The location was great. Easy access to Pine St and Bean Point. The pool area was perfect for relaxing when the beach and sun wore us down. The golf cart really helped out. The island was crowded during spring break and parking the smaller golf cart made finding open spots much easier. We can't wait to return. An added bonus was watching the sunrise from the master bedroom every morning.

We had the most amazing stay at AMI! This was our first time visiting & our stay exceeded all expectations! This home was perfect for our family (kids, grandparents & all)— Spacious, clean & had EVERYTHING we needed & more! Even came with a high chair, crib & baby gate. The golf cart & bikes made getting around the island so simple & fun. Close proximity to the beach & all restaurants! We loved the pool in the backyard— Extremely private & a great place to relax. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful in giving recommendations/answering any questions. SO worth the price, we will definitely be back again!

I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay. Waves had everything we could have asked for and more. The location was perfect and right across the street from the beach. Near everything. We wanted for nothing. The hosts went over and above, and even picked up birthday decorations for our friends. It was wonderful! We will be back!

My family and I stayed for about a week. This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and we're planning on returning next Spring. Waves, the beach house, itself is exceptional. Pictures don't do it justice. It is well maintained and we were in complete comfort. The hosts responded in moments and provided plenty of information on local restaurants and attractions. It's just a short drive in the provided golf cart to the easy access main beach, which is simply gorgeous. The view of beach from the front porch really helps it stand out. There are an incredible number of beautiful homes in the area that I imagine are similar inside, but the majority view other homes. Waves overlooks a short beach that is a birder's delight. An Osprey nest is the crown jewel with other local birds just in constant motion. Of course, before watching the birds, seeing the sunrise from the same spot with a cup of coffee is the perfect way to start the day. If you have someone in your group like me, that isn't as into the beach and just wants to relax with a great view of nature, this spot may be the best on the island. We're definitely interested in returning next Spring.

We celebrated my daughter's 17th birthday with her friends, and they had a wonderful time! They all said the house was the best part. The layout and location were spectacular. The master bedroom has windows that open from East to West and North, and the fresh air blowing through was incredible. We would love to return again soon!

We had a wonderful stay in late February. The house with amazing and had all of the amenities for a great week-long stay. We loved the pool and the beautiful location. Everything was easy to access and the house was quiet and peaceful.

We absolutely loved Waves. We do a sisters trip every year on Anna Maria Island and this is the best house, best location that we have stayed. Pine Street, where a lot of the shops and restaurants are at, was within walking distance. The view from your front porch is a park and the water with a view of the skyway. We loved sitting out front in the morning drinking coffee. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The large kitchen was great for cooking in. The pool area and fenced in back yard was nice for relaxation. The staff was extremely responsive. We had a problem getting the outdoor firepit to light (operator error) and they sent someone over within 15 minutes. It was a very quiet location as well as there are no other houses in front of you, behind you or to one side of you. Only one new/nice house to the South. The island was surprisingly well recovered from the storms and the businesses were happy to see us. We will be back next year.

This house lived up to its 5 star rating. It was perfect for all ages with a magical back yard/pool/putting green/fire pit. The four bedrooms and three baths were spacious and perfect for our seven member family. We made lots of memories in this beautiful home and charming island of AMI. We’ll be back.

Beautiful, spacious, and easily the most well-equipped home we stayed in! They thought of everything from a sound machine and Nintendo switch in the kids room, pool toys, golf cart, kayaks, bikes, keurig selection, extra propane tanks. We especially enjoyed the large bedrooms with king beds in each, and the kids had a blast on the built-in bunks. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was always refreshing, however we wished there were stairs from the kitchen area down to the pool for easier access. We loved sitting on the front porch, great views of the bay! All around fantastic home and great location!!

We rented this beautiful house for a ladies’ beach trip. It exceeded our expectations! The space to spread out was awesome and having 3 bathrooms worked so well for the 8 of us! The property is fantastic! - Front porches to watch the amazing sunrise -Heated pool to relax in after a day at the beach -Golf cart to travel around town -Beach essentials(chairs, towels, cart, and umbrellas) -5 bikes for a relaxing morning ride (wife and daughter loved the morning bike rides) -Beautiful master bedroom and 3 additional large rooms. (We had 7 people and plenty of room.) -Grill and nice kitchen for cooking family meals This was our first trip to AMI and it didn't disappoint. The house and the island are amazing and look forward to returning.

We loved this location! The beach across the street is bay front, but you get the sunrise from the front porch every morning and it’s just a short distance to multiple gulf side beaches. We loved using the golf cart and bikes to get around the island. You can easily bike or walk to shops and the pier. The kids loved the pool also. Great stay!

Beautiful home, good location, very responsive management company, could use hooks in 2nd floor bathroom for multiple guests and their towels, great amenities provided, could stock additional tp and paper towels for large number of guests and need to provide Kleenex in bathrooms (minor complaint). We had a wonderful time, 7 women friends from grade school celebrating our 65th b-day's and a Down Syndrome adult male. Dan was very responsive to our needs/concerns. Maybe I missed it in the check in/rental instructions, but could have benefitted from info regarding use of television streaming services. Would highly recommend staying at Waves/Serendipity!

One of the best rentals we have stayed at! Location was perfect. Could walk to restaurants, parks, and beach. House had beach toys, wagon, bikes, golf cart and kayaks which was a huge bonus. Our kids loved being in the pool and using the putting green. House was very clean. Every room and bathroom was set up like a hotel room. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, and lots of appliances. We cannot wait to book our next visit. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a terrific week long stay at a beautiful Serendipity property. The property was very well supllied and equipped, including bikes, golf cart, beach chairs , kayaks, etc. The location on Anna Maria island cannot be beat, close to restaurants and shopping. The staff at Serendipity were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely revisit with Serendipity.

My family was looking for a place last minute and the host was quick to respond! We booked same day and they got everything in place for us to arrive in an hour. The house is beautifully renovated and the interior had calming tones and decor. We loved the amenities the most, and took advantage of the included golf cart and the kayaks; they were icing on the cake! When needs arose, they were quick to respond and figure out solutions. We would gladly stay again!
