This place was AMAZING and in the perfect location. Communication was clear, check in/out was easy, and everything worked properly. It came with a golf cart, bikes, paddles boards, and all the fun toys. The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend anyone stay here that’s considering it.

This property was great. The view is exceptional from the first floor and second floor. The house is great, comfortable and clean. It is right on the gulf coast, only about 6ft from your back porch. We saw dolphins swim by every day of our 7 day trip. The rental company was great to deal with and work hard for you. Loved the kayak and paddle boards.

Good morning it is a lovely home however somewhat disappointing. 1. The trash can was full of trash. We had nowhere to keep the trash. So we used the recycle bin. 2. The jacuzzi keeps tripping breaker. Constantly having to wait before we can put the jacuzzi on again. Quite annoying when it was do cold and could not use it properly. 3. Pool was not warm. 4. kitchen work space was minimal. And the counters were loaded with microwave - coffee makers. 5. The microwave above stove not work. 6. No coffee pods. 7. Not enough beach towels. The place is for 8 people for 3 days and i think there were only 8 beach towels. 8. For that kind of price i expected the paint job to not be scuffed etc. 9. Pool cleaning guy showed up without notice.

This may have been our single best vacation ever. The house was immaculate and better than the pictures…lots to do, lots of space and the views- oh my goodness, they couldn’t be beat! The house is literally on the water with breathtaking views, and a private beach- this was a perfect r & r sanctuary. We spent the majority of our time here, in the pool, on the water, and watching the tropical birds fly in and the dolphins swim by. Let’s keep this oasis the best kept secret so it stays pristine. The home is beautiful. Everything was spotless . Kitchen was very well equipped. There was no need for anything just bring your personal needs with you. The view from the deck was everything you could want, so peaceful. Stores are close by with easy access. The only problem I had was the fact I use a walker and the driveway was a little difficult to maneuver with the gravel, other than that there was no complaints.i had saved a long time for a vacation like this and I was so pleased with everything. It was myself my daughter and Grandaughter and we felt very safe! Thank you for a great place to stay! 5 Stars!

Our stay was a 10/10! The location is fantastic, within walking distance to restaurants and shops, or just a short golf cart ride away. Having the golf cart enhances the experience so much being able to explore the island without getting in a car! 5 steps out the backyard and your feet are in the water, this is unbeatable! The house was beautiful inside and out, well maintained, cleaned, and decorated. They even provided complimentary toiletries in each bathroom, as well as a inviting snack basket and two bottles of wine to enjoy. Incredible view of the bay from the living room, and 3/4 bedrooms had balconies that overlooked the water. Extras: Hot tub, pool, bikes, beach amenities, etc. they don’t miss a beat! They were generous & flexible with check out, and always responsive from booking through to the end. This is the perfect house for a family vacay. Baby items (crib, pack n play, strollers, high chairs) were also graciously provided. This place is a MUST book! Thank you so much!

Would stay here again, electric golf cart was a plus. Location is very close to coffee, shops, and restaurants down the street. The turf surrounding the pool and the deck surrounding the house gets extremely hot in the Florida Sun so be careful during the stay not to burn yourself. Nice relaxing week. Lovely home with great suggestions of amenities, extracurricular activities for their guest on the island and recommendations for restaurants.

We had a wonderful week. The house was exactly as it was shown. Private beach that was amazing just to walk out the sliding glass doors. Pool was perfect for our grand daughter too. The owner checked in with us as soon as we arrived to make sure everything was good. House was very clean. The island has great restaurants that we were able just to ride the golf cart or walk too. We enjoyed the local small business shops too. The house and the experience were great for our family!! I would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Simply perfect! The owner stopped by the first day and last day to make sure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better. The beach was pretty much private, short walk to shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed and more. We were worried about the small pool when we booked but it ended up being one of our favorite places to hang out. It was the perfect size. Our group has zero complains and would recommend this house to anyone and everyone!

Great house. Loved watching the sunrise over the water each morning. House appears very new and all the amenities are in top notch shape. Golf cart was a great addition. We also used bikes and paddle boards. Hot tub looking out over water was really nice. We also used pool in front of house while watching golf on outdoor bar tv. Owners were very responsive and quickly mailed a few baby items left behind.

Overall a great stay. Was a bit cooler than we hoped but having such a nice house made it all worth the stay. Plenty or areas that are easily accessible rather walking or via the included golf cart. Pool was as described but was a bit smaller than anticipated but still did the trick for us. All in all great experience at a great location.

Lyn and Rick were the sweetest and most thoughtful hosts and couldn’t be more accommodating! This house is pristine!! Not only would I stay at this property again, I would stay at any property owned by this lovely couple.The house is beautifully decorated , spacious and fully stocked with anything you might need. Rick immediately came right over to help us with something we needed upon arrival.The location couldn’t be more perfect- located on the bay side of the island, the house is right on the beach and the water very peaceful and calm. Large hot tub on that back deck. The front yard has a nice pool, deck chairs to lay out and a large outdoor dining table and bar area with a large TV. It’s a 2 block walk to the best restaurant on the island and close to shopping areas and general store. We used the golf cart provided to tool around the island. Short ride to the gulf side. We were a party of 8 girls and we all loved our stay so much that we agreed we would return next year.❤

What a beautiful place for a vacation! We loved our time on Anna Marie island. The home is close to a cute are with shops and restaurants and it is a very walkable area. That said, our kids were so excited about the included golf cart, we drove most places and it was such a fun way to explore the northern end of the island. The hosts were kind and responsive and provided a lot of information. The home was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you could want. I highly recommend!

Great house in a great location. Rick (the owner) was great about communicating and getting us anything we needed. The house is comfortable and all the furniture and appliances were new due to water damage. There were a few minor issues that were easily addressed and Rick was always willing to help whenever we needed anything.The house was very comfortable for our family of 7 adults and we were able to comfortably cook and eat Thanksgiving dinner at the house. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions and for anything else it is a short drive or golf cart ride. Recommended.

Sisters w/ Hubbies Weekend. This place has everything and I mean everything. I brought almost my entire house and they had every single item I had. I could have packed just my clothes to wear! We have done air bnbs, resorts, etc. This place is at the top! The pool is small but was the perfect setting. Seating and TVs every room. They didn’t spare on buying quality items including toilet paper. The views Oh My Gosh!!! Beautiful! They provide beach toys, rafts, bikes, kayak, paddle board, games, puzzles, things to do, you name it they got it. They even have a pressure cooker, blenders, waffle maker. The golf cart helped us get around to restaurants, massage place, and shops. Especially when places have limited parking areas. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. For 3 couples it was perfect and lots of privacy. My sister likes to stay up late and can be loud. We never were disturb by her noise. The place is immaculate clean. Definitely recommend! My only complaint is time went too fast!

This was everything we wanted and more. Every detail was perfect for our entire family. From the turf around the pool for my grandson to safety have a soft area to play. A fenced yard for my dog. The layout of the home was perfect for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. Toys for the kids, high chair, bikes, golf cart to cruise the island etc.. EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The views are incredible. We went for the 4th of July and could see every town along the shore having their fireworks display. Not having to cart anything down to the beach back and forth was truly a huge win for us. We were literally steps to the water. Would definitely stay here again.

Tripletail was the perfect vacation. The beach is 10 feet from your backdoor, there’s a dipping pool in front of the house with an outdoor bar/fridge, the location is convenient to the pier/coffee/ice cream/restaurants, and the included 6 person golf cart, stand-up paddle board, kayak, and bikes were a great bonus. We went to Beach Bum to add a bike trailer to a bike for our 2 and 3 year old, which worked out great.The room setup was great, as 3 of the 4 rooms are ocean facing for us adults and we could put the kids in the 4th interior room with a window facing the pool to ensure they were safe and there was a pool alarm on the exterior door in the kitchen for additional safety if they got out without us noticing. Also, all the provided baby gear (high chair, crib, pack and play, etc) helped save us from packing a ton of stuff through the airport.The views are phenomenal. You can see the sunrise to your right in the morning and the sunset to your left at night, which is just beyo

Our flight was much earlier than our check-in time; the host was able to accommodate our arrival (allowing us to make “home” just in time for our babies’ nap times!). Despite being located right on the beach, there was minimal sand anywhere in the house. As much as we love the beach, we spent most of our time at the pool with two littles. Half of our family spent their time at the beach while the rest of us were poolside. The house itself is completely ideal for families with a mix of ages (grandbabies, teens, adults, and grandparents). Bonus points for the turf surrounding the pool… another perk for having little kids who want to run in and out of the pool. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely return.

Wonderful stay! A whole new meaning to “beachfront” as the water is 10 ft from the patio. The house has every amenity we could think of. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants. It's rare when a property exceeds your expectation based on description and photos provided online, but I'm happy to report that in this case it does! This was perfect for my family and I, including my 5 1/2 year old daughter and 2 year old son. We loved that the patio opened right onto the beach, and the front pool area was really fun as well. The provided golf cart is a huge plus for getting around the area. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up. Rick was a big help, and very nice to deal with. Hoping to be back!

Stunning!! This was the first vacation we were brave enough to take with two young children and it was better than my wildest dreams. The home itself is gorgeous, clean, and spacious… the amenities added incredible fun and relaxation… but the location is unmatched!! Waking up to the ocean outside our windows, catching dolphins and rays playing offshore, walking to get some of our favorite meals at the restaurants just down the street… it was a dream!! We spent four nights at Tripletail and wish we could have doubled it!! No doubt we will be back one day soon. I feel so incredibly grateful to have found this wonderful beach oasis. I sincerely hope other families enjoy this space the way we did - it was a weekend we won’t soon forget.

The beach, the water, and the birds are spectacular. We had a great time with our family in this location. I would recommend a few more plates, silverware, and coffee cups as our family of six always seem to be running out of these items. the front door alarm is a bit annoying, but I understand the necessity of it for small children. Our stay was delightful, and we hope to return.

We loved our stay at this home for Memorial Day weekend! We had six adults and a toddler and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house is super kid friendly and my 20 month old had a blast playing on the beach outback, in the hot tub, and the pool. They even provided a crib and high chair. The island was crowded for the holiday weekend so having the private beach behind the house was amazing! We loved using the paddle boards and kayaks too! And the golf cart was so fun for cruising around the island! Also, definitely try the waterfront restaurant…it’s walking distance from the house and everything we had was amazing!

This was a delightful place to spend time following my husband’s death. It was very peaceful, restful, and in close proximity to local shops and restaurants. They had amenities to make everything easy with bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. in order to enjoy the beautiful surroundings on AMI. We were even given a tour of other properties for future reference. I will definitely want to make this a return visit in the future. Wonderful experience all the way around.

I cannot recommend this beautiful beachfront property enough! From the moment we arrived, Lyn & Rick were the epitome of perfect hosts - attentive, responsive, and always available to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. The house itself was absolutely stunning, with a gorgeous little pool, hot tub, and direct access to the beach. Our children had the time of their lives playing on the beach and swimming in the pool. The property had canoe, bikes, standup paddle board and a golf cart that added to our vacation experience. This property was truly a serendipitous find.
