BBQ grill, bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks are all included. Your backyard is a beautiful view of Egmont Key & the Skyway Bridge and your front yard is a lushly landscaped private, heated pool. Walk to the Rod & Reel Pier where dolphins frolic every afternoon or walk to Pine Avenue for some local shopping. Both bedrooms are King Beds and there is plenty of room for an air mattress or two. Large open floor plan where the kitchen/dining/family room has a view of the beach, sunsets, and skyway bridge. The family room has two chairs that turn into twin beds.

Note: All Guests Age 18+ must sign an Amenity & Equipment Waiver. Pre-approval of all pets required - Pet Fee per pet, Signed Waiver, and proof of vaccinations required.
