We had a wonderful stay! We loved the house which was very well equipped and super comfortable, and loved the location at bean point beach. Like some others have said there is no beach anymore at the end of the garden but not an issue as beach access was only a 2min walk. We found the hosts very responsive and helpful. Would love to return!

What a beautiful home! We loved the views and sitting on the porch to read and hear the waves. The kids loved the pool and it was fun to try the paddle boards and kayak. We even picked up some bait to go fishing with the provided poles. There is not as much beach as shown in the pictures and there are new rocks or more rocks have been uncovered and the sand is lower so getting down to the water is a bit tricky, especially with the kayak. During low tide there is about 2-3 feet of exposed sand. Great location and fun to explore with the golf cart! The home has everything you need!

Paradise in Anna Maria IslandThe house is unbelievably luxurious and clean. The location is perfect. The house has all the amenities you could ask for from high class espresso machines to a golf cart.Pelicans sit on the water outside of our deck and we saw a few dolphins. I highly recommended and I can’t wait to go back!!

We love this place. It’s our second year coming here and we’ll no doubt be back next year. The house has always been spotless, and has excellent amenities. It’s right on the water and offers everything you’d want for a large family. We love taking the golf cart to the local restaurants, coffee shops and grocery. Amazing experience every time we go!

There were so many positives about this home-great location, wonderful 4 bedroom Kings with en-suite bathrooms, huge kitchen and once we figured out the stove/oven very easy to prepare meals in, and loved the golf cart❤️❤️❤️ our only negative was spa heating wasn’t always working, very loud a/c vents on upstairs bedrooms, and elevator gave us grief on our last day out! All things that were quickly responded to by owner. Would recommend for unrelated group of 8 or large family

This was the most perfect vacation home. Right on the beach with our own private beach with a plexiglass fence to protect kiddos and our privacy. We had a private pool and hot tub. The house was amazing with all top of the line appliances. Our hosts were super attentive and friendly. We will definitely be going back!!

I stayed here with my family for my mother-in-law birthday. The fact that you have your own beach access is huge. It's all depends on what you are looking for. We wanted less people and quiet. It was just that. Positive things Electric 6 person cart, kayak, paddle-board, everything you would need to go to the beach including beach chairs coolers beach shoes etc. was a huge plus. Location to the beach was just what we were looking for. The small details that was included, coffee pods, snacks, water, wine. A few things we did suggest for possible furniture add on was or improvement were :There is no outdoor TV to watch sports when you spend all day at the pool/beach. We wanted to watch a football game but we all had to go up and be inside for it. They do have huge wall space for it if they really want to add to the experience. Pool itself needs some fixing as some of the tiles were broken off and needed some updating to it. We ere getting eaten by the mosquitoes outside maybe install a ceiling fan for the outside pool area to help with that. These are just things that we noticed by spending all of our time outside. I'm sure if people are only by the pool for a few hours they won't mind. But we spent a lot of our time by the pool. They did think of everything other than that. We would absolutely book it again.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Extremely baby friendly- crib and high chair were extremely helpful. Baby gates at the stairs were wonderful for my crawler. Host is very nice, helpful and responsive. Only con was that they were unable to get the spa working for us. Overall a great stay, definitely planning to come back again some time!

Serendipity was absolutely AMAZING! We had the best trip and loved the home. We traveled with small children and they literally thought of everything that we needed (even baby gates on the stairs). Easy check in and extremely responsive host. Rick was very helpful! We had a small issue with the elevator (user error) and Rick was right there fixing it the next morning. The beds were very comfortable and the entire place just made you feel right at home. This home is beauty at its best with a million dollar view! Easy access to the beach and the pool area is surrounded by a fence and a barrier from the ocean for safety. Local restaurants are close by and the food was great each place we went! The home was very clean and the kitchen was out of this world! We made lots of beautiful memories in this beautiful home and can't wait to plan our next trip to Anna Maria Island at Serendipity Deux!

This house was clean, check in was easy, and it was beautiful. The house is remarkably detailed in layout and design and comfortably fit eight adults for three nights. The water out front is shallow and perfect for swimming - where was saw numerous manatees and dolphins. The house included coolers, bikes, golf cart, and all of the other amenities needed to enjoy. We were also very close to Pine Ave and the local shopping and restaurants. Would love to go again!

Let me just say that the owners did a fantastic job with this home! The home was beautiful and my family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Pros and cons according to my family and I: Pros - BEAUTIFUL home + location - Amazing view - Nice amenities - Owner! Extremely understanding and attentive. Cons - property management team! I was told that I could fill out paperwork when I got there and was harassed for months. It started off as weekly and then daily… msg’d me on the app, via email + text. Be warned that you will need to fill out paperwork in advance. They will also charge you (+ extra) without warning if mentioned via text. Lastly, conflicting/lacking info via msgs - cleanliness: the kitchen plates, bowls, utensils, etc were nasty! Caked on food from previous stays. I had to rewash everything I used. Also - there were ants in the master bathroom. - dead plants in bathrooms - the floors = gorgeous but very uncomfortable to stand on. Bring slippers! I would come back but w/price lowered.

We had three adult couples staying for our short trip. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. As stated in some of the other reviews, the pictures of the beach access were a tad misleading. There is a large concrete barrier to climb over with not a whole lot of sand area to sit by the water remaining. It didn't change my overall opinion on the property. We still loved the trip and will be recommending to anyone looking to stay in the area. The owner was extremly responsive and such a great help to the few question I had. Loved the property and will definitely stay again!

It was our first family ladies weekend and Anna Maria Island was perfect for us. The house was beautiful with amazing views. The kitchen was very well appointed. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. We didn’t want for a thing. We loved having the golf cart available to us. The paddle boards, beach chairs, fishing gear… there was plenty to do. The photos of the property and description are not accurate. There is a huge cement retaining wall and 4 plus feet of rock to get to the water. This is not a “walk out the back yard to the water” property.

I will start with the good first. This home was absolutely gorgeous. Like breathtaking. Clean. Fast responses to host. No issues with the home other than water in bathtub not getting warm and temp on middle floor staying a bit warm. But all issues the owner/manager responded with so fast and was willing to fix, etc. super nice guy. There isn’t a “beach” area like the photos….The tide is too high. You have to climb over rocks. They def need to update their listing pic as it is deceiving and not accurate whatsoever. our last full day here they did construction work right outside the house. We weren’t informed this would be happening before or after we booked the home. When you pay 15k for only truly 4 full days at a home that you are supposed to be able to get to the beach from by opening a gate.. that was pretty annoying. 3k a day basically for a home with beach front access- that shouldn’t happen. No notice given, no discount, no sorry for the inconvenience. Other than that- perfect.

This was an incredible luxury palace that my children and their partners and my elderly in-laws stayed for a week. From the gourmet kitchen to the high end finishes and elevator, it totally served all of our needs. The outdoor pool and spa and the grounds were spectacular. The golf cart, bikes, water toys and games were a complete hit. It is close to everything so you could walk, bike or take the golf cart wherever you needed to go. Our family of eight ranged from 20-80 years old and we all felt we were at a luxury resort! Highly, highly recommend!! We could walk into the water and swim, we saw manatees, dolphins, manta rays, and tins of fish right from one of the two balcony’s. Hot tub heats up in seconds and wifi was great. We love Anna Maria Island and will definitely be back. ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful home and setting. Great amenities and really clean. They had everything we needed to keep kids and adults entertained. Unlike any other places we’ve stayed in the Tampa area. Very quiet and secluded area. Area beaches were not crowded at all and really clean. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance or just a couple mins via the on site golf cart.

We had a wonderful time in this home in Anna Maria. The 4 king bed bedrooms with private baths were all very comfortable and extremely beautiful! The home had a golf cart and bicycles for our use.There are restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance. And of course, the beach is right there!

We had a great stay. Loved that they provided baby equipment and 6 seat golf cart and bikes. The kitchen area was beautiful. Only complaint was we would have liked more towels. Also, the biggest downside was there was no beach and the pictures online show a nice sized beach. Our son was with us that has foot problems and 3 small children and the reason we rented this particular house was because of the pictures of the beach. We felt that the pictures should be updated. We understand weather issues and beach erosion, however, this was a material difference that should have been communicated to us and pictures should have been updated.

This home worked great for our family. My wife’s parents were with and the elevator made things very easy for the them. Everything was spotless and perfect. We even went fishing with a place on their recommended list and had a blast. Captain Major knew what he was doing! We saw dolphins from the deck and fell sleep to the sound of waves. Beautiful home. Photos were a bit deceiving when it came to the beach the property sits on. It is really not accessible to enjoy unless you’re climbing over rocks, but public access beach was close. Wi-Fi didn’t work through the vast majority of the house - including the smart TVs in the living room or master bed room. Overall, nice place to stay.

My stay was amazing! Did not want to leave. Didn’t think it was possible but the house was even better than the pictures. The pool was heated and had party lights. A complete vibe. The host provides local excursion information that came in handy and made everything easy to book. The house included a 6 seater golf cart and 4 bikes which made it very convenient getting around. I recommend not going grocery shopping until after you check in and see what is already provided. The house comes with a lot of stuff already stocked. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We were even able to check out late which I greatly appreciated since our flight got delayed. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Definitely coming back

This home is absolutely beautiful - you can’t beat the setting, white sand beaches, and an utterly luxury house. The kitchen is the nicest I’ve ever seen - gorgeous French range. Three different waterfront views - while swimming in the pool, having dinner on the main deck, and doing yoga on the top floor deck, you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Absolutely Amazing Place! Plus - the most responsive, charming hosts I’ve ever worked with. Pure luxury.

The house was beautiful & looked exactly as it did in photos. Overall, we had a great time. There was an issue with the AC for about a day & half. The issue was eventually resolved, however was not ideal situation as it was across 2 nights where sleeping in the warm home was very uncomfortable.

Serendipity Duex is my dream come true. From the mind blowing Caribbeam color water like views, to the elegant high end decor, the architecture of the home, it is like something out of a fairy tale. The home is well stocked, spotlessly clean, the marble showers are spacious with various heads (which were appreciated), the pool and its arches feel like they’re straight from architectural digest. I’ve rented high end properties all over the world and this was hands down my favorite. A+ would be an understatement. Also the hosts were very kind and responsive. Thank you for your hospitality. This is a dream come true I will never forever. A place in time that will stand still.

Perfection. Serendipity Deux provided us the most amazing 6 day stay. The location was beyond incredible. We got to watch dolphins every day from the balcony. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The view of the sunrise every morning was out of this world.Inside was super clean and the home provided most amentities needed. Rick was/is an amazing host. The host is gorgeous on a nice location. It’s literally a 30 second walk from Bean point. The house is near flawless…yes there are appliance annoyances like every rental on AMI but who cares. But Rick truly is first class. Here is an example…we missed the first 4 days due to the extreme cold weather in Minnesota. So what did he do? Allowed us to stay an extra 4 days. He gives off great karma and we cannot wait to rent one of his many houses again on AMI.
