Our family does an annual get together, most live in Florida, and I live in Colorado. We have stayed at several beach rentals on Anna Maria, and several others on different Gulf Coast beaches. This experience was exemplary. The house was amazingly stocked, the beds comfy and soft, plenty of towels and supplies to use at the house, plenty of stuff to cook and store food, and lots of coffee choices! There were many touches I have seen lacking at other places. The stunning views at sunset and sunrise, and the panorama of the ocean out the kitchen make you feel like you’re literally floating on the water. The beach equipment, life jackets, and golf cart were awesome amenities as well. We will certainly be returning!

Stayed with family for spring break. Party of 8. We loved the home and the location. Loved everything about staying at this place, spacious, clean, with lots of available options in terms of kitchen ware, provided adequate supplies, toiletries, a cute and unexpected welcome basket. Comfortable and cozzy beds, pillows, and matresses. Clear instructions. They were responsive when we needed them. Location is everything for this home, beautiful beach view, and access right away as you step out of the home. Bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, towels. A lil piece of paradide.

Truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with the waves lapping at our back door. Spring Break March is always touch and go with weather - we have visited my parents for 30 years. The fair weather days are glorious. If wind is from the North it hits dead on the point of land at the very tip of the island where this home sits. The irony - what makes it the BEST piece of property on Anna Maria can sure make it miserable on a windy day. It could be nice and warm inland, and even around the corner of Bean Point you could enjoy the beach....but on the 20 mph days we could not even push the door open, and no way could we enjoy sitting with morning coffee or afternoon wine on the breathtaking deck. Good news is we could still enjoy the view from inside through the wall of windows. This place is 5 star, can't blame hosts for the weather! We appreciated the golf cart and bikes. Wish it had not been too windy to use the SUPs. We will return.

We loved staying in this home for a few days. The upstairs balcony was very enjoyable for the mornings and evenings. Being on the open water we had the sound of crashing waves and we saw dolphins! It was beautiful and the kitchen was stocked with spices and Keurigs and teas. We received a nice welcome kit with lots of goodies! We only had one problem. A door was stuck closed but they came right away and fixed it. Getting to use the beautiful Golfcart was a huge plus for us! We will love to return someday! Thank you!☺️

Serendipity is a wonderful home, and exactly as described. The location is great, and in a quiet residential area, with beautiful bay views with an easy stroll along the beach to Bean Point for even more spectacular sunset views, and strolls along the shore. it was a perfect fit for us. The home was very clean, and included everything we needed, and more. Loved the use of the golf cart which allowed us to go explore the island without renting a car. The hosts management company was very responsive when I inquired about a couple of things, and was very helpful. I would definitely book again, and would recommend to anyone else.

Serendipity was more than just a place to stay….it truly felt like an experience.This was our very first time on Anna Maria Island, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect home. Everything was spotless and so thoughtfully prepared. You can tell the owners genuinely care about their guests having an unforgettable stay.The golf cart made all the difference cruising around the island made us feel like locals instead of tourists. The views from the home and the private beach access created the most peaceful, unplugged atmosphere. Morning coffee with that view, Absolutely unmatched.We loved having access to the kayaks, paddle-boards, and bikes (we didn’t even get to use everything, which just means we have an excuse to come back!). This home was perfect for our family gathering. Spacious living area and lots of toys we did not get around to using this time. Even with the cold, windy weather, we were able to walk on the beach. The beds were so comfy. The well equipped kitchen was really nice. Overall, this house is ideal for a big family and has all the bells & whistles.

This vacation rental was very nice. It had a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to feel right at home. The golf cart was new at the time of our rental and worked great to visit all the local restaurants and shops. I have to say this was an amazing property and a small perfect piece of paradise in between hectic stays at universal and Disney. The location right on the beach at bean point was perfect. We spent all our time watching the sea, spotting wildlife and relaxing, we didn’t want to leave and hope to revisit one day. Communication was great and friendly, house was beautiful - clean, luxurious, well stocked kitchen and all the beach/sea kit you could need and more. Just a word of caution for the sea, the currents and warnings are very real but this won’t spoil your stay in the slightest if you are sensible and don’t go beyond standing height if swimming in the sea. We love the house and location. However, they just changed over to a company to manage the property called Wander and they were terrible. We spent most of the trip dealing with repairs. One being the dryer, and it was never fixed. We had wet stinky clothes to bring home and wash.

This was the most abusive host I have ever encountered. Place not well maintained....We were promised use of golf cart. Sent in paperwork and was told by host wife that all was set. Yet, They prevented me from using it. The railings were askew, rust and wear and tear, skinniest hallway which accommodates one person, a kitchen faucet which does move, a grill. That was so dirty, it caught on fire. Only one sponge. Soap too stupidly small, outside door slams, having to undo bed is not service during checkout.Host harassed me on phone, I explained that 'there was some women who approved the paperwork' . His response to me was "that was not some woman". He willfully was rude, and abusive

This home boasts a truly stunning location that takes your breath away the moment you step onto the main floor. The view is absolutely incredible, and the hosts are both responsive and friendly. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful stay.One thing to be aware of is the empty lot next door. While we were lounging outside, there were often people next to us, fishing or exploring the area, and it's possible that construction may begin there at some point.We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, which was a great bonus. Although there’s no direct beach access from the waterfront of the property, walking just a few houses down gets you there easily — something we didn’t mind at all. Overall, it's a beautiful spot and well worth the visit.

Absolutely best AMI location. Right on the beach and steps from miles of the best walking beach I’ve encountered. We did not want to leave this home with its 180 degree view out the wall of windows. Just imagine waking each morning to pelicans soaring and diving. It’s an exquisite natural wonderland. We enjoyed making meals in the well equipped kitchen and found the beds to be super comfy. The owners were completely available for any and all assistance. This was a great place for us to relax and recoup after Christmas. All six of us give this home a 10!!

This property and the owner/managers we communicated with were excellent. Be aware there is no direct beach access, but you do have a small sand beach area private to the house. Access to the beach is a short drive away. The listing states a golf cart is included, but note that this is dependent on length of stay and isn’t a given. As of writing this, you wouldn’t know differentlg, and I ended Up getting stuck with 500 in rental fees for a golf cart. I booked Because of all of the amenities for two nights before heading to Disney with the family. The management comp’d only 100 per day of the cart. Other than that, the house was amazing, the setup is beautiful, beds are comfortable, great shower pressure and amenities. Kitchen was awesome. Games, if you like them are by the Washer and Dryer, which both came in handy for us. You can try your hand at fishing, but it’s a little rocky. A bit of construction is going on right now around the house, but was never a bother to us at all. I’d say other than the cart, this house was a great grab for a quick two nights!

Serendipity is a lovely home situated right on the water. We were able to easily access the beach, watch dolphins pass through daily, see fisherman with their catch and enjoy the peace that the north end of the island offers. This home was pristine complete with ample towels, a fully stocked kitchen and extremely comfortable beds! We made good use of the game room, golf cart, bikes and hot tub. The owner and Maria were super friendly and helpful with suggestions and communication. An absolute winner of a property!

Our stay at this beachfront house was nothing short of spectacular! The location is unbeatable – right on the water, with breathtaking views that made every moment special. What a beautiful location! Our family had a fantastic visit to Ana Maria Island and this was the perfect home for us. Clean, roomy, with beautiful views from the living room and back porch. Incredible swimming, shell collecting, and water sports are all right outside your door. Lovely evening walks down the beach to catch the sunset. Great variety of sports equipment available for use. Check the house notes - beach replenishment work happens each summer and so there may be some construction activity on the beach directly behind the house.This did not bother us, as the beach is still easily accessible from the neighborhood.

We stayed at Serendipity for one week with family. The house worked very well as far as everyone had their own room and the living area was spacious. The highlight was the view of the gulf from the upper deck. We loved that the home included two paddle boards, a kayak, bicycles, beach chairs and coolers, among other beach items. We also had a great time tooling around in the six seater golf cart. We would certainly rent the house again.

This stay was amazing. The house was very spacious and having a full kitchen was very convenient. They had a lot of extras in the garage including water activities, and a golf cart. The area was perfect and everything was within a bike ride/ short golf cart ride. We did have a little issue with the golf cart but they were very responsive and came out to replace it with a newer one very quickly. Even with the construction of the seawall at the beach area, we were not inconvenienced at all. We still had quick access to the beach and the noises were almost non existent. Overall I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a beautiful beach house in Ana Maria island to spend time with the family.

We absolutely loved Serendipity 1 on Anna Maria Island. My family had a wonderful stay overall. The home is lovely, the location is fantastic with beautiful views. We saw dolphins and manatee daily swim by from our balcony. We even watched some dolphins jumping out of the water! The hosts were very accommodating and communicated with us the entire time. If we needed something, it was provided. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The location on the island is wonderful. Unfortunately for my group construction began on the seawall the week we were there, causing noise and workers there every day as well as limiting direct beach access - my primary reason for picking it. Rick was open to hearing my concerns and we came to an agreement we could all live with. Home and yard/beachfront will be lovely when complete. Home has all you need for a comfortable stay.

went here on spring break with another family. 10 of us total. 6 kids, 4 adults. we all had an amazing time. the back of this property is not necessarily a beach that you would want to take little kids. but we had a couple of calm days and used the stand up paddle boards, etc. the beach was a quick golf cart ride away. it was just a magical trip. and rick and his wife were very helpful and wonderful hosts! couldnt recommend this place more!

Serendipity is beautiful and unique for how close it is to the water. The deck overlooks the ocean and is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing. Beautiful spot in probably the best area of the island. The house is North facing, so shaded on the porch most of the day (which is ideal in the summer months).Anna Maria has lots of restaurants and cafes many of which are a five minute buggy ride from the house.The facilities were really good too. The six seater buggy meant we hardly used the car and the Kayak and SUP were great too. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped.The only slight negative was that the upstairs could get a little noisy if the washer/dryer was on as well as the air con unit.

We enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive and helpful. The location is good, you can easily (just climbing over a few rocks) walk for a long ways down the ocean side of the island. The house had everything that was listed, plus some. The house has a hot tub that I don't think was in the pictures. The hot tub seems brand new and works great. My kids used the paddle boards and ping pong table. The house is right next to a public access so there is a lot of foot traffic on the beach side of the house with people trying to find that exit. Not loud or disturbing, just surprising sometimes. There is a new house being built just across the street so during the week there was construction noise. The view can't be beat. When standing in the living room or kitchen and looking out, all you see is water. The elevator didn't work during our stay. The host responded quickly but it wasn't fixed during our stay. One of our family members has difficulty with stairs and there are lots.

The house was great and a perfect setup for our family. Very well kept. They even had some kid safety features like built in “gates” at each of the stairs. We thought we would use the deck a lot more but it was very windy on the bay side the entire time we were there. The property by the water was covered in roots from a tree that had been partially removed. My wife and I spent the first hour cleaning up the sand so that we could put some chairs out there. Also not easy access to the water due to all the rocks. Great views though out of the living room. All in all we enjoyed the house and our time on the island.

We visited this BEAUTIFUL property for a girls bachelorette weekend (there were 9 of us) this property could not have been any more perfect! The porch swing, and breathtaking views is what sold us on the property initially but the amazing experience we had will be what brings us back time and time again.

We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals homes with our four children - this is one of the best ever. Very clean, thoughtfully stocked and well equipped. The use of the beach toys and the golf cart were an added bonus. Check in/out couldn’t be easier and management was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Serendipity. The views are fantastic from the moment you walk in. The house offered everything we could ask for and great amenities. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely love to come back again.
