This was a perfect place for a family with great beach access, plenty of open space to visit, extremely comfortable beds and everything seemed brand new! A pool that was heated to a temperature that actually made it usable was the icing on the cake and having access to the golf cart for tours around the island was absolutely wonderful! I think everyone had an amazing memorable time! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay! The hosts were fantastic. They responded quickly to every question. The house is practically beach front- so don’t be afraid of the practically private walk to the beach. The pool was the perfect temp to warm up from chilly ocean water swims. The volleyball pit was fun even for us non-athletic types. First time to Anna Marie Island for a girls weekend trip. The house was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and had a great back yard pool. It was conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping but also far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The big hit of the weekend was the golf cart. It was so much fun cruising around town and going to dinner each night in the golf cart. We would stay at this property again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, exactly as described. Worth every penny. Location cannot be beat, short walk out the back yard door to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, by 9/10pm everything is closed on that end of the island. The home was clean and well maintained. The golf cart included was a nice addition and is definitely the way to get around the island.

Property was perfect for our annual family reunion! Four families with 4 toddlers, just a short 2-3 minute walk to the ocean and a private pool to enjoy on return. The provided crib. high chair, beach chairs, SUP boards and kayaks were a huge help as we didn't have to bring our own as the cars were already loaded with kids gear, etc. Can't wait to come back!

FantaSea has it all, the pictures and descriptions do not do it justice. It is much better. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. You literally do not need to bring anything but what you are going to wear and what you are going to eat. The location is quiet, private, and very relaxing. Appliances are new and modern, beds are comfortable with a TV in every room but they got little use as there is so much to do. Golf cart was provided, there are of course some waivers to sign for insurance and also for the property, no biggie. Overall, the amenities are great, the hosts are wonderful, the house and grounds are beautiful and cozy, the beach is steps away. I will definitely be a repeat guest.

Our stay was great - the place is literally one minute from the beach. The amenities provided were also great (golf cart, bikes etc) and the house had everything we needed for a fun vacation. The location of this house is so convenient to the beach and shops and restaurants on the north end. You walk out the gate about 10 steps and then you are on the beach. The appliances and cookware are high quality. They provided everything we needed to enjoy our time. We felt like we were at a resort.

We loved our stay at Fantasea! Our family had all the amenities we could ask for - and more!!! It was conveniently located for our daily beach trips, clean and stocked with anything and everything we needed for a lovely vacation.Not to mention, the staff and owners were exceptionally kind and helpful.And a note about the AC - we had no issues with the temperature during our stay despite outdoor temps approaching 100 degrees. As long as all windows and exterior doors were kept closed and lights kept off when not in use - the house stayed cool and we even used blankets and sweatshirts most nights.One of our most favorite vacations to date! We are grateful for the hospitality and anxious to return.

The house is exactly as described and we loved it. Our only complaint is that the house is extremely hot. No matter the temperature or if the fans are on, it feels warm all day and night. It seems they are aware of the issue since they provided box fans, but it may be an AC issue. Also, beautiful backyard, but you can’t enjoy it because the mosquitoes are outrageous. We ended up not being able to hang out back past 6PM. Definitely needs to be sprayed to lessen the mosquitoes.

We had a lovely long weekend celebrating a friend’s 40th birthday! Our only complaint is that the temperature in the bedrooms, specifically the master, was extremely hot. It didn’t matter what the AC was set too or how many extra fans we used, the bedrooms were hot. Other than that, the house was exactly as described. Walk to the beach was easy and close! Golf cart, bikes, beach chairs, all a huge plus. It was our first time to AMI and we all loved it!

I can't say enough about this location, it's on the quieter end of the island, but still just a golf-cart ride away from shopping and restaurants. It's a quick walk to the beach which is key. The house comfortably fit our two families and had all the amenities you could need for a week long stay. They were very responsive, quick and kind, and never made us feel like our questions or requests were unreasonable. Would (and already have) recommend this house and any other's from Serendipity!

This location is 10/10! The quick walk to and from the beach made things so easy. The house is great, kitchen fully stocked. The backyard was so great for hanging out. The pool isn’t covered so it gets very warm but it was still nice to jump in after being in the saltwater. Communication was great! The only thing we had a problem with was how hot the house was. We had to use multiple fans in the bedrooms at night to stay comfortable.

What a beautiful space- and just steps to a GREAT beach that was not crowded at all. And the host had everything you needed from great beach chairs to bikes to an awesome golf cart to take to close by bars and restaurants. The house was awesome with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths with a well appointed kitchen. Our only disappointment was the pool - its an older pool and due to hot summer days the water was very warm and not refreshing at all! Not sure if there is anything that can be done about that! Despite the pool the stay was 10 out of 10!

Thank you for a wonderful time. We relaxed, laughed, ate, shopped, swam, beached and all got sunburned, lol. Everything we ever needed was there for our use, which is not always the case. This property is exceptional. We have stayed at many Florida beach homes and this was by far our best experience to date. The home itself has a lovely layout, and is spacious. The bedrooms are cool, beds comfortable, and bathrooms accommodating and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked for us to enjoy family meals together. The pool and volleyball set up outside were a delight. The pool is saltwater and was warm and allowed for hours of enjoyable swimming. They have many pool toys and floats for guests to use. The golf cart of fun and enjoyable to get around the island on. There were many other amenities we did not have a chance to use, like bikes (with helmets!), and other beach toys and chairs. The property has immediate beach access to the sugary white and soft sands of the island, and you are close by to everything! What’s more, the folks who help coordinate your stay are communicative and helpful, while also very friendly. I would not hesitate to return!!

Location is incredible, a very short walk to the beach from the backyard. Very accommodating for our family of 5 with three young kids. Everything you need for a great beach vacation is included. Beach chairs, toys, etc are waiting for you in the garage. No real need for a vehicle either as everything on the island is accessible with the golf cart that is included!

1st time to Anna Marie and it was so much fun. We really enjoyed the area and location of the house. The house had an old Florida bungalow feel to it but was very up to date with today’s times. Great size for our family of five. Loved the pool and proximity to the beach! It felt cozy and like home right from the start. The hosts were proactive in sending all the needed information and even let us borrow a cooler when we needed one for a boat ride. The golf cart was very nice and wonderful to get around in. The kids loved it. We went in August during the off season and we will be back. The heat wasn’t a problem with the pool and gulf and afternoon movies became a great way to cool off. Don’t hesitate!

Our family (including 2 teens) loved the location, a very short walk out back to the nearly private white sands! Away from the crowds, but close to Pine Ave. and a quick golf cart ride to restaurants/shopping. We loved the surfer bungalow vibe, private enclosed backyard, access to kayaks/paddleboards, large golf cart, perfect sized pool, and sand volleyball court. Nearly every amenity is thought of- beach chairs, beach towels, fishing poles, beach toys, volleyballs, not to mention surprises to welcome us! Loved both outdoor showers too. Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The accommodation were immaculate and as shown, the location on the Island was wonderful. The heated pool and the volleyball court provided some amazing family activities that will not soon be forgotten. Bring beach chairs and umbrellas or plan on renting them while there since there were only 3 chairs and no umbrellas provided...no big deal though since rental companies are right around the corner.The only negative to our vacation on AMI was the "red tide", which we were completely unaware of. Do your research on this phenomenon, since it prevented all of us from enjoying the beach like we had planned.
